He went above and beyond, constantly stepping aside to let customers in and out, and he maintained a cheerful attitude throughout the entire process.   “I’ve been using Vortex for my Fire District, and I appreciate that having reliable doors is absolutely critical in an emergency. The technicians themselves are always professional and really helpful in explaining things. The office staff is also very responsive and gets us scheduled quickly. However, I’ve been significantly concerned about the cost – they’re quite expensive. What’s really frustrating is that the office doesn’t provide any upfront information about fees, and the invoices don’t clearly explain why the balance is what it is. For example, we had a six-month service where the crews were only here for about 20 minutes each time (we have records to back this up), and we were charged $1,545.95. Then, they suggested a repair for the photo eyes, with a quote of $3,825.95 – it’s just a lot to take in and understand.” report abuse

  Brandon was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always prompt. He really went above and beyond when he tackled our persistent “panic bar” issue, expertly replacing the faulty locking mechanism instead of needing a full replacement. Plus, he handled the ordering and installation of several specialty locks with efficiency and care. We were so pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again. report abuse

  Scotty was fantastic! He completely fixed my garage door and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was so professional and efficient, and really went above and beyond. He arrived right on time, worked quickly and carefully, and took the time to explain everything to me. It was great having someone who was not only skilled but also friendly and easy to talk to.
