It was truly impressive how hard they worked; tile removal is definitely demanding! From the very beginning, Matt was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all our questions with a great attitude. He was also completely honest and transparent during the initial measurement, and we ended up with a slightly smaller demo area, which was a welcome cost saving. Throughout the entire process, they were punctual, professional, courteous, and respectful of our home and belongings – even moving our furniture without any extra charges. The cleanup was impeccable every day, and they expertly navigated around our existing cabinetry.   “I was so impressed with AZ Floor Removal! I read some fantastic reviews online and decided to give them a try for removing old thinset from my floors before installing new ones – it was a 300 square foot job. They answered my call immediately last week and gave me a really helpful estimate over the phone based on the size. They arrived right on time at 8:00am, were incredibly friendly and professional, and got straight to work. Seriously, they finished up by 10:00am – just two hours! The floors look absolutely amazing – perfectly smooth, spotless, and best of all, there was no dust at all. What was even better is they measured the space and it turned out to be slightly smaller than I initially told them, so they actually ended up charging less.
