They consistently demonstrated integrity and excellent communication throughout the entire process, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything from the staining process to the impact of the chemicals on our new floors. Their punctuality was also outstanding – they were always on time, and even arrived 45 minutes early on several occasions. We’d been researching options and were really impressed with the reviews we’d seen online, so we reached out. Because we’d previously had stained concrete, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and Lawrence really exceeded our expectations. He was so thorough – he actually did the entire staining process on a small section of the floor so we could see exactly how the color would look. He even let us come back while he was working on a room to make sure the dark color was perfect. The whole project went so smoothly and finished ahead of schedule, which was a fantastic bonus!   I absolutely loved working with Az Stain Concrete – they did an amazing job staining our back patio and cement areas. From the very beginning, the experience was fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a free estimate quickly, and their prices were very competitive, which I’d confirmed by checking with other companies. What really stood out was their level of professionalism and customer service. They were on time, communicated clearly throughout the whole process, and were so accommodating when we decided to switch our stain color – it did delay the project by a day, but they handled it with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make us happy. It’s really reassuring to work with a family-owned, local business, especially during these times. The final result was stunning – even better than we’d anticipated!
