“I can’t recommend Express Flooring. Honestly, the tile work they did in my home was just unacceptable – incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. There were huge issues with the grout: holes everywhere, inconsistent thickness, and really bad tile cuts. It looked like a complete mess, with some areas having way too much grout and others almost none at all. The tiles were also poorly placed, some too far from the baseboards and others crammed right up against them. Adding to the frustration, they left my house a huge mess with grout splatters on the walls and doors, and even damaged one of my tables during the installation. When I pointed this out, their response was completely out of line – they just brushed it off and asked what else they could do. Communication was also a nightmare; the whole process was handled through a translator because the workers couldn’t speak English, making it nearly impossible to quickly address any problems. It was a really stressful experience, and I’d strongly advise going with a different company.”

“I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I just had to share my fantastic experience with this company. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Nate in the office was incredibly responsive and helpful, always getting back to me quickly and even coming out to my house on weekends to answer my questions. Bonnie, who manages the installation crew, was also a huge help. Josh, my sales consultant, was so knowledgeable and clearly explained everything. But honestly, the installation crew – Ivan and Javier – were truly exceptional. They were incredibly diligent, professional, and finished the job in record time, leaving my house spotless and the insulation top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to have new flooring installed.”

“I’m really disappointed with this experience. We were initially led to believe they offered a lifetime warranty, but the warranty is actually only for two years. What was frustrating was the pressure to make a quick decision, and then we were charged a fee just to have someone come out and look at the problem – it felt unnecessary. The floors are now failing, and I’m concerned about the long-term issues.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Express Flooring. After spending over $7,000 on a new carpet installation, the quality is shockingly poor. Just six weeks in, the carpet is already badly worn, particularly at the front door, and the pattern is completely ruined. I’ve taken diligent care of it, fluffing it regularly, but it’s clear the carpet itself is substandard. We even paid for an upgrade, and now we’re left with a carpet that looks like it’s years old. To add to the frustration, there are little bumps under the carpet too. I’ve been trying to get someone to address this issue for over a month, but it’s been a complete ghost town – someone took pictures, and then nothing. They’ve been unresponsive, and I’ve been constantly chasing them for a response. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.”

“Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. They were fantastic from the initial scheduling stages and when the installers actually came to our home. However, the follow-up support after the job was finished was shockingly bad. It took nearly three days to get any response to our concerns, and we’ve already noticed issues – the molding has popped up in a couple of spots just a month after the floor was installed. Adding to the frustration, the customer service and accounting departments were unresponsive. It seemed like whoever was handling things after the payment was made simply didn't care. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience.”

“We were incredibly disappointed with our experience with Express Flooring. After having our new flooring installed in December, we contacted them in January to request a repair for the carpet, but we haven’t heard back. We’ve followed up multiple times, and while they assured us it was being handled, it’s been nearly two months with no communication or action. Beyond the delayed repairs, the installation itself was a major issue. The salesman made promises about furniture moving, but only one person showed up, leaving my wife and me to move and re-position all our furniture. To add to the frustration, that person also damaged our baseboards, and when we contacted Express Flooring to report the damage, they simply told us it was “part of the process.” Now we’re stuck with replacing the entire baseboard. Honestly, we feel completely let down and misled, and strongly advise against doing business with this company.”

“I was really impressed with the team – they were incredibly fast and efficient getting everything moved and set up. It was a huge undertaking with all the furniture and appliances, but they managed to complete the whole job in just a few days. Truly amazing!”

Overall, my experience with Express Flooring was really frustrating. Let me start with the good – Lisa, my design consultant, was fantastic. She worked hard to find a beautiful carpet that fit our budget, and the installation process she outlined seemed well-organized. However, the actual installation day was a complete mess. I waited and waited for that initial call confirming the installation, and when I finally got through to someone, they couldn’t locate my order. Eventually, they told me it was scheduled for the day but needed a manager to call me back. It was incredibly disorganized, and I felt like I was being passed around. When the installer, Carlos, finally arrived, he didn't explain anything, didn’t protect our hardwood floors, and completely ignored our requests. The bathroom wasn’t sealed off, and we had to move a king-sized bed just to use the restroom! I never saw the carpet before it was cut and installed, and I never got to see the carpet pad. It was a really stressful and unprofessional experience. Afterward, I followed up with customer service, but I still haven’t gotten my carpet remnants back, and I haven’t heard anything back from them. Despite the issues, I was pleased with the warranty offered, particularly the pet stain guarantee. I’m hoping someone will reach out and resolve this – I just need my carpet remnants returned.

“I couldn’t be happier with the new floors – the crew did an absolutely fantastic job and were so professional. I’m completely satisfied with the result. And I have to give a special shout-out to Eileen, our sales representative, she was fantastic!”

Honestly, we were really excited about this, but we were so wrong to go with the express option. The material quality was supposed to be durable, designed for commercial use, and it just wasn't. We had major issues – our baseboards were completely damaged and the repair job was really sloppy. Plus, the gap around the front door is enormous; it's practically an invitation for bugs to come in. I’d really advise anyone considering this to do thorough research and look for a different company.
