I absolutely loved working with Express Flooring! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The tiles themselves are incredibly high quality, and I was really impressed with the quick turnaround – the sales guy was there the next day to get everything set up, and the installation team was amazing – so professional and genuinely friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Express Flooring for anyone looking for new flooring.

Honestly, our experience with this company was a real mixed bag. Initially, their customer service was fantastic, but the quality of the installation itself was deeply disappointing. We have a significant issue with the carpet on our stairs – there are nails sticking out that are a serious hazard, and large gaps where our toes could easily get caught. The carpet in our closet wasn’t even properly secured. Because of this, my child can no longer walk barefoot in the house safely. I contacted them immediately after the installation to raise my concerns, but I never received a response. I followed up with another request for someone to come and fix the problems, but again, I heard nothing. I’m really frustrated and writing this review as a last resort, hoping to get some kind of acknowledgement and resolution.

“I couldn’t have been happier with Express Flooring. From the initial consultation all the way through the installation, they were fantastic! My salesperson was incredibly helpful – he really listened to what I was looking for and addressed all my specific concerns. The installers were professional, punctual, and you could tell they were really skilled at their job. They got right to work and did a fantastic job, clearly demonstrating a lot of experience. Overall, I received a top-notch product and excellent customer service – I’d definitely recommend them!”

“Overall, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. While the pricing was competitive and the flooring installation was generally good, there were significant issues that completely overshadowed the positive aspects. Specifically, the carpet installation was poorly executed – the transition plates around the stairs weren't installed, leaving a very unprofessional look, and our wooden stairs were visibly chipped. We also noticed large gaps along the baseboards, which resulted from the sub-contractor’s rushed work; they installed the carpet before the new baseboards, and the thinner new boards created these gaps. We’ve repeatedly contacted them over the past few weeks, but it’s been a nightmare getting anyone to actually address the problems. The initial customer service reps were helpful, but once we were passed along, there was absolutely no accountability or effort to fix anything. We were even told that our case hadn't been acted upon. To add to the issues, a key was misplaced by their team, and despite our agreement for them to cover the re-keying costs, we’ve received no communication or action. Furthermore, there were clear communication breakdowns – the project manager didn't receive crucial information about the lockbox, leading to the installation team being locked out, which caused a significant delay. Finally, the job was left with a considerable amount of debris, requiring the follow-up paint team to spend extra time cleaning up. It’s clear this company struggles with internal communication, failing to proactively inform us of important considerations, and ultimately, they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. We’ve decided to move on and seek services from another company.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Express Flooring. From the start, it felt like they were trying to minimize their responsibility for poor workmanship. Initially, they offered a paltry $50 to cover the damage to our staircase, which they clearly intended as a way to silence complaints. We hired them to recarpet a spiral staircase and loft area, and while the price seemed high due to the complexity of the job, the installation process was a complete disaster. We were repeatedly ignored – calls went unanswered, and a promised callback never materialized. Eventually, a single installer arrived with his spouse, who wasn't properly authorized, and the job took two full days due to unforeseen delays and a lack of support. During the installation, they damaged the metal pole supporting our staircase, didn’t finish the underside, and even got carpet adhesive on our rug, ruining it. When I rightfully demanded a refund for the unfinished work and the damage, they offered me $50 to fix it myself – an obvious attempt to cover up their incompetence. Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely disregarded. I urge anyone considering Express Flooring to proceed with extreme caution. They seem more interested in protecting their reputation than providing reliable service and quality work.

Fausto and Flor and Express Flooring did an absolutely fantastic job – the installation was seamless and the finished product looks incredibly beautiful and professional. They were so efficient, friendly, and hardworking, and really paid attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I was really impressed with the whole experience – from Chris, our sales rep, to the amazing installers and the fantastic customer support team. They really went above and beyond to take care of us. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive about going with a commercial company, but the quality of the floors and the price were absolutely unbeatable. We ordered them Wednesday night and they were in Thursday morning to get started. It was a huge job, taking about six days, but the results are stunning! The team has been great with follow-up care, and the floors themselves are beautiful. My only suggestion would be to provide customers with some guidance beforehand – I had no idea just how much dust would be generated during the tile removal. My kids have asthma, so it was a concern, and I wish I'd known to take extra precautions. You really need to stock up on air filters (I went through 3-4 a day!), cover your smoke detectors, and put away anything small that could get moved. It’s a messy process! And, just a heads up, you'll definitely want to replace your baseboards after the tile work is done – they looked awful afterward. Despite that, overall, it was a fantastic job, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.”

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the entire process. From the initial sales meeting through to the fantastic job the crew did cleaning up afterward, everything was really well handled. When we had to make a change to our plans, our coordinator was incredibly responsive and got the work done exactly on time, as originally estimated. And the floors themselves – they’re absolutely beautiful, waterproof, and really comfortable to walk on!

“We recently had our floors redone by this company, and while the finished product looks good overall, we’re incredibly disappointed with the experience and the price we paid. The quality of the work, particularly around the corners and transitions, was shockingly poor – it just didn’t seem professional for the amount we paid. We also found several damaged baseboards and wall damage from furniture moving that wasn’t addressed. After contacting them to discuss these issues, they simply opened a case and promised an inspector would call to assess and potentially fix the problems. However, we haven't heard anything – we've called twice and been told they’d ‘let them know’ or that we’d be ‘marked as a high priority,’ but nothing has happened. Frankly, the lack of communication and the substandard workmanship are incredibly frustrating, and we feel completely let down.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. This job – a simple 36 square foot bathroom tile installation – turned into a nightmare. From the start, the salesman misled us, initially quoting $1,500 with an “allowance” for unexpected damage, which, of course, happened. Once the first installation team removed the old toilet and flooring, they revealed significant subfloor damage they refused to fix, forcing us to hire another contractor for $450. Then, the second team didn’t even have enough tile to complete the job! They admitted the toilet flange was broken and, wouldn’t repair it, cutting the new subfloor and leaving nothing to secure a replacement. We ended up needing a plumber to go under the house and spend an extra $1,150 to fix their mess. And to top it all off, customer service offered a measly $150 credit – completely unacceptable considering the amount of extra work and expense we had to deal with. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and exploring a small claims suit to get this resolved properly.
