I was so impressed with Chris – he really took the time to understand my project and the quotes were much more reasonable than I’d gotten elsewhere. Remodeling can be stressful, but Eagle Flooring made the whole process incredibly smooth. They truly value their customers and provide excellent, straightforward service. I had them install vinyl plank flooring and carpet for my stairs – it was a smaller job, but they treated it with the same level of care and attention as any larger project.   Chris and his son did an absolutely fantastic job with our new flooring! They came to our house with samples, gave us a free estimate and measurement, and the installers, Jorge and Angel, were incredibly hardworking and efficient – they finished the job in just three days! The new vinyl plank flooring looks absolutely beautiful, and we felt like we were getting really special, VIP service the whole time.   Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic – truly the best we’ve worked with throughout this incredibly long kitchen remodel, especially considering the initial flooding in September. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful, and the quality of their work was outstanding.   I’m so happy with the new floors Eagle Flooring installed for me! Chris, the owner, was fantastic – he was there from the very first phone call and made the whole process, from choosing the flooring to the actual installation, incredibly smooth. He’s clearly knowledgeable and a genuinely great guy. I got several quotes, and Eagle Flooring’s price was very competitive, but more importantly, George, the installer, was fantastic too – punctual, friendly, professional, and just couldn't have been better. report abuse

From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive – unlike the other companies we contacted, Chris returned our call immediately and was there the next day with all the right equipment. Chris provided a detailed, accurate estimate, and we ended up saving over $1,000 by sourcing the flooring ourselves at Floor and Decor. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service; he didn't try to steer us towards any particular supplier. The installation itself was flawless, and it was amazing to watch the meticulous prep work they did. The installers have been with Chris for over 10 years, and you could tell they were truly professionals.   “I wanted to share my positive experience with Eagle Flooring. Chris was fantastic – incredibly responsive and kept the project on track when the floor was installed back in May 2020. George, the installer, was a true craftsman and did a brilliant job, particularly with the intricate cuts around the kitchen island and feature posts. However, things weren't perfect initially. When we returned in February 2021, we discovered some issues with the floating floor – some areas were hollow and uneven, and the special pole wraps had cracked. Chris immediately sent George back to fix everything, and he worked tirelessly to find a solution, even without any extra charges or us having to ask. It’s clear that Eagle Flooring truly stands behind their work, and I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and his team – they’re fantastic!” report abuse
