  “I recently had a complete renovation of my house done by Arizona Floors & More, specifically working with Brian Lawson at the Surprise location. Brian handled everything from the full house tiling to installing new baseboards and even adding an electrical outlet in my living room. He expertly coordinated all the contractors and personally oversaw the entire construction process. I really appreciated being kept in the loop with regular text updates and photos – it made the whole thing so much easier. The finished result is absolutely amazing; everything looks fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend Arizona Floors & More.” report abuse

  “I wouldn’t recommend State Farm. My experience was really frustrating. I was constantly contacted via text to schedule a visit to assess my flooring for an estimate on behalf of State Farm. After J.S., who I later learned is an insurance manager, took a sample of my flooring, she never returned it. I tried reaching her repeatedly via text for 15 days with no response. When she finally did respond, she had absolutely no recollection of our conversations. It felt like a complete lack of professionalism and follow-through.” report abuse

  Overall, our experience with this company was mixed. The floors themselves look fantastic, and the installation was completed relatively quickly – about a week for our project. We felt the price was reasonable too. However, we encountered some serious communication problems throughout the process. There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales team and the installers, and it was frustrating when our concerns weren’t addressed effectively. For example, we specifically mentioned my wife’s respiratory issues during the tile removal, but despite our requests, dust levels were still very high, and it got everywhere. Later, when the baseboards were carelessly damaged, they tried to charge us for new ones before ultimately absorbing the cost. Additionally, after the installation, we were repeatedly unable to get the door stoppers reinstalled, despite numerous attempts to contact the team. Finally, it was difficult to get in touch with anyone after the job was finished, especially when we needed to purchase extra tiles for potential replacements. Because of these communication issues and unresolved problems, I can't personally recommend this company based on our experience. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my recent experience ordering a rug. When it arrived, the color was completely wrong. I brought the issue to the sales associate, showing her pictures of the correct color from the sample board, but she didn’t seem to believe me. She even accused me of picking a different sample than the one I’d originally chosen. It was frustrating to have my concern dismissed, especially with photographic evidence. Ultimately, the only solution offered was to order another rug for an additional $1,300 – which I wasn’t willing to do. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.” report abuse
