  “I absolutely have to rave about Diamondback Flooring! From start to finish, I was treated with such genuine kindness and professionalism – it was truly a pleasure working with the owner. My project was a bit complicated since I used my own installer, but Diamondback took care of all my flooring needs, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed on time, never once showing any frustration. He really took the time to explain the Republic flooring laminate to me, and even spent his own time thinking about my specific needs. I felt completely comfortable and confident knowing I was in good hands. Seriously, he’s an absolute gem, and I’d recommend him to anyone! My neighbors are already blown away by the quality – it looks just like real wood! I’d been looking at other options, but they all failed the scratch test, and I was honestly given the wrong information elsewhere. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I hadn’t found Diamondback Flooring – it saved me a huge headache and a very costly mistake.   I was really pleased with my experience working with this company. They went above and beyond by bringing samples to my home so I could see exactly how the flooring would look.   Keith and his team were really helpful in getting a couple of quotes for the project. We initially received a high estimate, so we took the initiative to prep the floors ourselves to bring the cost down. We only asked for a reduction of $600 for the prep work on 600 square feet, but ultimately, it just didn’t work out for us. report abuse
