  “I reached out to Olander’s Window and Door to replace my patio door, and while I didn’t ultimately move forward with the project, I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience. Arthur R. was fantastic – he came out quickly to measure and provide a really reasonable estimate within just a few days. The new door itself was beautiful, and I was really excited to order it. However, once we realized the existing iron bars and custom sliding shutters would require a significant amount of additional work to accommodate the new door, it simply wasn’t feasible for my budget. It was really frustrating, but Arthur and the entire team at Olander’s went above and beyond to try and find a solution. Arthur even came back multiple times, sometimes on his own time, to double-check measurements and explain everything to us. Honestly, I’d absolutely recommend Olander’s for any window or door replacement. Their customer service is outstanding – from the initial phone call to the team in the showroom, and especially Arthur’s dedication, they truly tried to make things work for me.   “Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Olander’s – particularly with the whole window replacement process. The windows themselves are fantastic, but honestly, the installation was truly exceptional. We received a quote from a much larger company, and while their windows seemed good, the installers didn’t seem to have a solid plan for protecting our home during the work. Olander’s owner sent out his own team, including a fantastic stucco expert, and they really took the time to figure out the best way to do the job. From that point on, everything went seamlessly. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly skilled – they were genuinely focused on making sure we were happy. They took meticulous care to protect our house, covering everything and keeping the place spotless.   “Overall, the windows themselves look fantastic. However, the installation was a really slow process. It took over four hours to complete just two windows, and one of them was quite small. The installers took a lot of breaks, almost constantly, and it seemed like only one person was working at a time – the other one was frequently on break or chatting on the phone. Frankly, it was quite disappointing, especially considering how quickly the Olanders crew handled two doors and four windows on a previous job.” report abuse
