  Olander’s were fantastic – honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the very start of getting our quotes to the final installation, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly really knowledgeable. We were replacing a lot of old windows – fourteen single-pane windows that had been in our house since 1991 and hadn’t been properly maintained, which had led to leaks and high energy bills. We went with Olander’s based on a recommendation, and we’re so glad we did. They offered the Milgard brand, which was a brilliant choice – it’s a really high-quality product that’s also quite affordable. During the installation, Nick handled our project, and he was just wonderful. He kept us completely in the loop, explaining everything clearly and considering our needs – he even prioritized installing the windows in our bedroom and office to minimize disruption while we were working from home. He was really proactive about any unexpected challenges too, like the old garden window or the one hidden behind the backyard wall, and always explained the plan and how it would affect the schedule. We felt completely at ease knowing they were taking care of everything. The new windows have already made a huge difference in our home – they look fantastic and have really improved the look of our house. We still need to replace our back sliding door, and I have no doubt I’ll be calling Olander’s again for that job. report abuse

  We absolutely loved our experience with Olander’s! From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the final installation, everything was incredibly smooth and professional. Alex was fantastic – so knowledgeable and helpful, and he never pushed us into anything. The installation team did a truly exceptional job on the six windows we had installed, and we’re already planning to have them install the remaining six.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Olander’s. From the start, their communication was excellent and very prompt. I was particularly impressed with the installation crew – Miguel, Mohammed, Alex, and the other two guys whose names I’ve forgotten were fantastic!   I honestly couldn’t be happier with this company! From the very beginning, they were fantastic – really attentive during the consultation and the measuring process, and then the installation was just top-notch. Patrick, one of the owners, was so involved and really made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. But Sid and Adrian, the installers, were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly respectful of our home, did a phenomenal job installing it all, and they even cleaned up after themselves every single day.   Olander’s really stood out to me. They were incredibly upfront about our sliding glass door options and, surprisingly, their best recommendation was for some targeted repairs – a service they don’t actually offer themselves. That saved us a huge amount of money, and I really appreciated their honest and professional advice. Everyone I spoke with was also fantastic – so helpful and friendly.   We were absolutely thrilled with the recent window and door replacement Olander’s did for our home! The whole process was incredibly smooth and professional, and we’re so happy with our new Milgard windows. Because several of our windows face east and west, we’ve noticed a huge difference – we can now enjoy natural light without worrying about the rooms overheating thanks to the Tucson sun. Patrick was fantastic throughout the entire project, from the initial quote to the final walkthrough. He really took the time to understand our needs and offered expert advice, it’s clear Olander’s genuinely cares about its customers. And the installation team – Sid, Miguel, and Francisco – were fantastic; they were incredibly careful and professional, and it was a pleasure having them in our home for the three days. Jenna and Laura were also wonderful, handling all the communications in a timely and friendly way.
