I was surprised to find this in my mailbox – it looks like Andersen conducted an inspection while I was away and is pushing their services. What really bothered me is how it was sent out, seemingly to everyone, and the way it was presented. It’s typed with a font that mimics handwriting, which feels deliberately misleading and manipulative. It’s definitely not a welcome approach.
