  “I was really disappointed with the installation of my four large windows. The installer was completely unprofessional – he damaged the window sills badly and then just left without fixing them. The company had to send him back, and he even brought his girlfriend to try and sort it out, but the sills are still incredibly rough and unusable. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them to touch these windows again.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Renewal by Andersen. My father purchased windows from them back in 2016 for a significant amount – over $30,000 – and now they’re leaking. When I contacted them about the issue, they were completely unhelpful, stating that because a different contractor installed them (one who is now out of business), they wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage. It’s unacceptable that they’re not standing behind their product, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

  “We had a fantastic experience with Renewal by Andersen – from the helpful information we received at the Home Show to the incredibly smooth window installation. The initial consultation with Johnny really put us at ease, and then the installation team, led by Donavon, was absolutely outstanding. Donavon, Jarad, Dallas, and Brandon were professional, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable having them in our home. The whole process was so efficient and well-organized; it’s amazing how quickly they completed the installation. We really appreciated the regular updates and the team’s overall professionalism. Our new windows look absolutely beautiful, and we’re thrilled with the quality. It’s like we’ve got new glasses – we can really enjoy the view!   I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with RbyA. We ordered a high-end ProVia entry door back in March 2021, hoping to finally fix a leaking wood door before the monsoon season, but the entire process was a nightmare. After a few weeks of silence, we discovered they’d lost our order and had to start over, pushing the installation well past the original deadline. When the door finally arrived, the trim piece was the wrong color and soon after, the door itself started to look and feel misaligned. To make matters worse, the installers used a cheap-looking, tacky brown caulk instead of a professional finish. Despite numerous calls to RbyA's service department, it took over 18 months to get someone to acknowledge the issues and send out installers. They even tried to blame the warped door opening on our part, which we quickly proved wasn't the case with a level. Finally, a QC engineer confirmed the door itself was defective and it needed replacing – another two years later! Honestly, I'm still so annoyed about how this whole thing was handled. It’s a huge waste of time and a really poor customer experience. If you’re looking for a reliable window and door company, I'd strongly recommend checking out Tucson Window & Door – they replaced our sliding patio door at a much better price and did a fantastic job. report abuse

  Working with Renewal by Andersen in Benson, Arizona, was truly exceptional. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the incredible team. Our Project Consultant, Charlie Bova, was outstanding – he was involved with us throughout the entire process, guiding us through selecting the perfect windows and doors and making sure we completely understood every detail. When we needed to make a few changes, he handled everything with ease and precision. The installation crew, led by Cody, were absolutely professional and a joy to have in our home. They were polite, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to introduce themselves, carefully protected our furniture, and even made my grandson’s birthday special with a little gift! Cody’s attention to detail was remarkable; he caught hairline cracks in the window frames that we hadn’t noticed, and he replaced them without hesitation. It’s clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. The quality of the windows and doors themselves is outstanding – they’ve completely transformed our home. The windows and doors look brand new, despite the fact that our original windows were from 1999. We can now enjoy a peaceful, quiet home, and our HVAC is running more efficiently. It’s clear that Renewal by Andersen delivers on its promise – we’re confident these windows and doors will last for many years to come. We highly recommend them! report abuse

  “We’re incredibly disappointed with our experience with Renewal by Andersen and won’t be using their services again. While our salesperson, Craig, was initially very helpful and friendly during the sales process, things quickly went downhill. The installation was a complete mess – the installer damaged a brand-new cabinet, and when we brought it to their attention, Craig became extremely dismissive and even hostile. He insisted we should have gone with Milgard instead and just walked away. The window installation was also incredibly unprofessional; they installed it without the necessary internal framing, and Craig’s subsequent carpenter left the job a chaotic disaster. After several months of frustration, dealing with billing issues and multiple calls, they finally agreed to credit us $500 to cover the cabinet damage. It was a truly painful and stressful process, and Craig never followed up to see how we were doing. Honestly, the whole experience was unacceptable.” report abuse

  “We’re really thrilled with the new sliding glass doors we’re getting – we were a little lost trying to find a good installer, but Renewal by Anderson’s advertising caught our eye. Johnny Gompf came to our home, and the doors were gorgeous! While the initial price was a bit higher than we’d budgeted, Johnny worked with us to find a payment plan that fit our needs.   “Unfortunately, we’re really disappointed with the French doors we purchased in August. We ended up paying a significant amount for them, and we’ve had a frustrating experience with the warranty. They had to remove and reinstall one of the doors, and now one of them just won’t latch, but the technician told us it was considered ‘normal.’ The other door works perfectly, which is really baffling.” report abuse

  “We were really pleased with the sliding glass doors Aran and his team installed for us earlier this year. They were incredibly professional and took great care to ensure we were happy with everything. The doors themselves are fantastic – sturdy, look great, and we’ve already noticed a difference in our electricity bill and how much street noise we hear.
