  Aaron from Renewable by Anderson was fantastic – he was punctual, incredibly professional, and really knew his stuff.   I was surprised to find this in my mailbox – it looks like Andersen conducted an inspection while I was away and is pushing their services. What really bothered me is how it was sent out, seemingly to everyone, and the way it was presented. It’s typed with a font that mimics handwriting, which feels deliberately misleading and manipulative. It’s definitely not a welcome approach. report abuse

  Overall, the windows themselves seem good quality, but the customer service experience was really lacking. The biggest concern was the incredibly slow response time – it took a full month for them to send someone out to address an initial installation issue. report abuse
