  “I was so impressed with Dan and Kelly – they completely exceeded my expectations! They really went above and beyond to find the perfect part for my unusual window, and they did it incredibly quickly. What really stood out was their responsiveness; they got right back to me and, amazingly, actually fixed the window, which another company, Open Enclose, couldn’t even manage. Seriously excellent service and they’re incredibly customer-focused.   “I’m so glad I reached out to Pacific Glass – it’s a little late in my review, but I really wanted to share my positive experience. I was struggling to get a quote for a dog door in my patio slider, and another local company was giving me a very long wait. Kevin was fantastic and quickly arranged for a technician, Angel, to come out and take measurements within the same week. Angel was incredibly professional and did a great job. The new glass arrived about two to three weeks later, and Angel and the team installed it perfectly – it’s exactly the same as the original, and the dog door works flawlessly.   “I contacted Pacific Glass for a quote, and unfortunately, their process felt a little disjointed. They said they could provide estimates over the phone, but I had to give them the measurements and details of the work I needed. Honestly, it seemed like they weren’t offering a full-service experience, as they didn’t schedule a site visit to assess the project themselves.
