  “I couldn’t be happier with my new Windows from Window World! The quality is fantastic – these windows are a huge step up from my old ones in terms of durability. Mike and Cindy did a truly amazing job with the installation; they were so professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really easy. I also want to give a special shout-out to David, the salesman, who was so knowledgeable and friendly, and Tammy, who handled my questions over the phone – she was a joy to speak with.   “I have to say, Window World completely blew me away! David was fantastic – so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely professional when he came to give us a quote. But the real star was the installer. He was incredibly careful and took such pride in his work; you could tell he really cared about our home. He even protected my carpet and the gravel outside – it was amazing! Everything was spotless, and the new windows are absolutely gorgeous. The biggest difference is, I’m no longer battling those huge temperature fluctuations I used to have.   “We went with Window World to replace all our windows and doors between 2017 and 2019 – we got 11 windows, a steel door, and three sliding doors. We were really happy with the price; they weren’t pushy at all, and you could really customize your order. The biggest thing was the impact on our home’s temperature – the new windows made a huge difference. But honestly, the best part was the lifetime warranty they offer, covering both labor and materials. We had a leak in one of the windows, and Chris was fantastic, redoing the window and even getting the stucco around it fixed. It’s a really solid product and warranty – we couldn’t be happier.” report abuse

  Overall, my experience with W W was incredibly frustrating. I chose them primarily because their prices were competitive, and initially, the installation process seemed to be on track. I ended up ordering a significant amount – nearly $18,000 – and things quickly went wrong. The biggest issue was a fundamental mistake with the window sizes, and despite the installer’s efforts, only one of the six windows was successfully installed. I wasn’t offered any explanation or apology for this error, and the reordering process took nearly three months. Then, to add to the problems, the first set of windows had to be re-grout around my tile floor, but the installer didn’t have the necessary materials and left it for the second shipment. Finally, the second delivery arrived with a missing panel for my door – a detail I’d specifically requested – and W W claimed I hadn't authorized the order, even though I had. I repeatedly brought these issues to their attention, hoping for some kind of resolution considering the substantial investment I’d made. While I understand mistakes can happen, the lack of communication, the repeated delays, and the ultimately dismissive approach left me feeling completely disregarded. report abuse

Dave, the salesperson who came to measure and process my order, was incredibly professional and helpful. But the real standout was Robert, the installer. He went above and beyond – he actually identified a problem with the roof drain and took care of it during the installation, preventing potential water damage. They were significantly cheaper than other companies we looked at, the windows arrived ahead of schedule, and the installation was absolutely flawless. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly responsive and professional – seriously, 100% top-notch. Now we have a completely leak-free, bug-free home, and our cool air actually stays inside!
