  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with AZ Wholesale Windows/Doors. They completely botched the installation of my new front door, and frankly, it was unacceptable. The door was so poorly installed – essentially uncloseable without forcing it – that it’s astounding what they considered a finished job. After years working in the hardware industry, I’ve never seen anything like it. The owner and his wife were also incredibly unprofessional and even abusive when I raised concerns and requested a fix. It seems like a simple three-person job was handled by one person who couldn’t manage the weight of the door, leading to a completely misaligned, incorrectly installed door costing thousands of dollars to repair. I strongly advise against using this company; find a more reputable installer.” report abuse
