They were so patient and meticulous, and I was amazed at how spotless they left the property. They even took the time to walk me through the basics of the windows and how to care for them. The representative who came to my home was fantastic – he really took the time to help me find the perfect door, considering everything from style to color. The installation was seamless, and I was really impressed that they even identified and helped me fix the water damage in my old frame so the new door would fit perfectly. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Peter, the manager, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the installation team – Brandon, Frank, and Tommy – who did a fantastic job installing our new windows and storm door throughout the week. They were consistently professional, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves each day, and were very considerate of our teleworking situation, never disrupting our work. However, our experience with the representative, Michelle Barton, was a significant concern. She provided inaccurate information regarding the availability of our windows and failed to keep us regularly updated on the installation timeline. We really felt lost without monthly updates, and if it weren’t for our persistent inquiries, we would have been completely in the dark. Additionally, her initial measurements were confusing and ultimately led to an incorrect storm door being delivered – we’d been expecting a dual screen/window unit, and it turned out to be just a standard storm door. We’re still working to get this resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend AZ Windows and Doors for the quality of their windows and the excellent workmanship of the installation team, but we strongly suggest requesting a different representative going forward. report abuse

  Brandon and Frank were fantastic – we were really pleased with their work and the final results. They kept us fully informed about their progress each day, gave us accurate time estimates, and left the site spotless. What really stood out was their proactive approach; they immediately pointed out a minor flaw in one of the windows and quickly arranged for it to be replaced. It’s clear they take pride in their work and provide excellent service – we’d absolutely recommend them for window replacements, and the windows themselves are truly beautiful! report abuse
