Jason and Johnny were fantastic installers; they explained everything clearly, answered all our questions thoroughly, and worked together seamlessly. They also took great care to leave both our indoor and outdoor areas spotless. We really appreciated their skills and professionalism. We also want to give a special thanks to Ashley for her patience in rescheduling our installation after the HOA approval was delayed, and to Drew for patiently walking us through the whole process initially. From the start, Michelle B. was fantastic – she was so helpful and patient, answering all of our questions no matter what time it was. But the real heroes were Brandon and Miles! They were amazing during the installation; it was a really complex job, and they completely knocked it out in a single day, even with the Arizona heat. There were a couple of issues with the initial measurements, which meant the windows needed to be made twice, but once they were installed, it was absolutely seamless. The team did an amazing job fitting them into my very old adobe house – they tackled the unique challenges without any problems at all.
