  Nathan and Eric were fantastic – they did a really thorough job installing the bedroom window and left the room spotless. It was great to see how tidy they were, and everything was put back exactly where it should be. Importantly, they also identified some issues with the exterior stucco, which we were then able to address with the stucco crew. Thanks to their attention to detail, we were able to catch those problems early and prevent potential water damage – a huge thanks to both Nathan and Eric, and to Ivan and his team for their excellent work as well! report abuse

They were both incredibly professional and polite, and the quality of their work was outstanding.   Overall, we were really pleased with the experience we had with True View to replace our patio screens. The screens themselves – each one is quite large at 63” by 93” – and the frames were in great condition, so we knew we’d made a good choice. We started by getting an estimate from Diane in the office, and she was really helpful. Rene came out to assess the work the following Monday, and thankfully, he told us they could replace the screens without removing the existing frames. We opted for SunTex90 screening to combat the strong southern sun, and we appreciated Rene’s confident explanation of the installation process. Despite the initial estimate seeming a little high, we decided to go with True View because of Rene’s good reputation. Jose and Tony did a fantastic job installing the screens – it took about two weeks in total, and they were both incredibly prompt and professional. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, I was extremely pleased with the work done by Rene and Gabriel on the window repair. They did a fantastic job – the repair was seamless, and you’d never know it had been broken! They were both professional, really efficient, and took the time to clean up the area thoroughly. I also appreciated the support from Debra and Brittany in the office; they were both helpful and responsive to my questions.
