  “I was really impressed with All American Flooring – both the sales team and the installation crew were fantastic. I’d worked with three other contractors before, and none of them could commit to a start date. Mr. Noorani and his team at All American Flooring were the only ones who said ‘yes’ and gave me a realistic timeline. They were great to work with, even letting me supply the materials themselves. The installation team, the brothers, did an absolutely outstanding job; they exceeded my expectations completely! There was a slight delay of one day due to the weather and scheduling, but overall, I wholeheartedly recommend All American Flooring and the JJ installation team.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with this experience. Honestly, the only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the people I dealt with were genuinely nice, but the work itself was a complete disaster. From the start, it was clear something was wrong – the crew finished the job in just six or seven hours, which seemed incredibly rushed. They butchered the job, leaving holes in my walls, a horrible black substance that won’t come off, and completely ruined my baseboards. They tried to cover it up with caulk, and then added a ridiculous charge for concrete they didn’t even use. It was incredibly frustrating, and I ended up crying when I saw the damage. They then pressured me to write a positive review, and eventually, they had to redo the entire floor, which turned into a two-day job because they hadn’t properly prepared it. To add insult to injury, they even splashed concrete water on my bushes! Now I’m stuck with a beautiful floor, but I've spent hundreds of dollars replacing my baseboards and painting to fix their mess, and I’ve used all my sick days. And it doesn't end there – their second job is already having issues because they didn’t properly secure the transition pieces. It's clear it's a gamble with this company, as it seems to depend on the specific crew assigned. I was so excited to get rid of my old carpet, but I’m seriously regretting this whole experience.” report abuse
