  Overall, we were really pleased with the new flooring All American Flooring installed in our home. They replaced about 1600 square feet of bamboo and tile in the kitchen and some bedrooms, and we’re very happy with the final result.   “I was really excited about this flooring company – I initially gave them a 5-star rating based on the salesman’s promises. Unfortunately, the actual installation was a huge disappointment. The project manager barely showed up at the site, and we had to constantly complain about the contractors not installing the baseboards properly. They assured us it would all look fine once we had them painted, but the painters confirmed it was a complete mess. The laminate itself is also poorly installed; it’s making awful noises and one of the planks is even shifting. Considering the amount of money we spent, I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of oversight and accountability. We’re still dealing with issues just a month after the installation, and it’s clear more supervision is desperately needed.” report abuse
