  “I can’t recommend these guys enough! We were in a really stressful situation and they completely turned things around for us. We called them on Wednesday and they were out Thursday to give us an estimate – unbelievably fast! They actually started the work on Monday, which is just amazing considering how busy things are these days. The floors look absolutely fantastic, and the installers were so respectful, friendly, and really efficient. Plus, the pricing was incredibly reasonable and fair.   We were absolutely thrilled with the work MP did on our upstairs flooring! Eduardo was fantastic – he was so reliable, got the job done quickly, and was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. And the installation crew, led by Jesus, were incredibly polite, professional, and did a truly outstanding job with the vinyl planking.   I couldn’t be happier with the work MP Carpet and Floors did for us. Roberto was fantastic – he responded to my initial inquiry within ten minutes and provided a really clear, all-inclusive quote for a 3000 square foot installation, including removing the old tile and carpet and installing luxury vinyl, even on our steps. What really stood out was that Roberto clearly laid out all the costs upfront, covering everything from moving our furniture to special step installation and leveling the cement. Other quotes we got were often vague, leaving a lot of potential costs open-ended. Once Roberto had assessed the job, the installation team, led by Pancho, got to work and finished the job in just three and a half days! They did a fantastic job removing the old flooring, installing the vinyl, and tackling the steps. The whole process was incredibly organized and predictable, which was a huge help for our family as we planned a short hotel stay to minimize disruption with our allergies.
