I was in a really stressful situation – I’d been without floors for three months after a winter storm and was having a terrible time getting anyone to respond. Then a friend suggested JW Flooring, and it was the best recommendation I could have received. They were incredibly professional; Jacob, in particular, was fantastic. He came out the very next day with samples, got an estimate within a couple of days, and scheduled the work to be done. The installers were truly amazing, and even the contractors who helped repair the damage from the plumber’s mistake were fantastic. Jacob was always responsive, answering all my questions and making sure I received the best possible service.
