  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received from this rental company. They were set up to install laminate flooring and were consistently late – the first time they were nearly ten hours behind schedule, and the second time they were only an hour late but didn't complete any work. They even had to call back to finish a job they’d initially missed. Frankly, it was completely unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with this company. When the installer arrived, they didn't have any identification or even a company uniform, which felt immediately unprofessional. Weeks later, they spent over two hours installing the carpet, and while it looked okay at first, it quickly became clear there were serious issues. After just vacuuming, I noticed a whole side of the room hadn’t been properly secured, and when that section came up, we discovered the underlying boards were actually rotten and hadn't been replaced. It’s clear they weren't doing their job properly, and I wouldn’t recommend hiring them. report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with the work that was done. There was a complete lack of care for my property – dirt tracked throughout my home and, worse, they caused a huge mess sawing inside without covering anything. The kitchen and living room were completely covered in red dust, and they left it all there, not bothering to clean up a single speck. It was completely unacceptable to create such a mess and then leave it for me to deal with.” report abuse
