  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this First Floors location. Frankly, it’s set a terrible example for their other stores, and I’m sharing my story to warn other builders and realtors. I used them for two separate projects, and the entire process was a nightmare. Their sales representative, Landon Lemmons, was completely unresponsive and demonstrated a shocking lack of customer service skills. My orders, totaling over $30,000, were consistently short on supplies, delivered in pieces, and contained over 50% of the wrong products. I spent countless hours making deliveries myself, dealing with incorrectly processed orders, and fighting to get answers. Even worse, after reaching out to their supervisor and the CFO, Donna Kirby, I was told she wouldn't speak with me directly. I felt completely dismissed and, frankly, suspected there was bias at play given my profession as a female builder. I’m still awaiting a resolution to my refund of approximately $5,700, and I’m deeply concerned about the significant overage of incorrect materials that I had to personally return. It’s clear they aren’t prioritizing customer satisfaction, and I’m prepared to pursue all available options to ensure I’m compensated for the substantial damage to my projects and the disrespectful treatment I received. report abuse

  I’m so disappointed with my experience at this store. From the start, it was clear there was a serious lack of communication and professionalism. I spent two weeks trying to arrange measurements, leaving multiple messages, but never received a return call. The saleswoman, Jamie Brooks, was unfortunately quite unresponsive. Honestly, I’m really concerned about the business’s integrity and competence, and it’s frustrating to see places that don’t seem to value their customers.   I’m really disappointed with the work this company did. The carpet is already showing signs of wear – it’s buckling and rolling in four out of six rooms, and it’s only 16 months old.
