She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect wood flooring for our home. The installation team, Roger and Ricardo, were exceptional. They were experienced, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They efficiently removed our old flooring and expertly leveled the subfloor. The installation itself was seamless and completed on schedule, resulting in a truly first-class finish. Roger, in particular, was fantastic – his attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure we were completely happy with the result were outstanding. It was clear they were passionate about their craft. First Floors provided a complete, hassle-free service – from advice and selection to the final installation.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with First Floors Carpet One. They have a really impressive selection of top-quality products, and we were especially reassured by their excellent warranty and guarantee. Melanie was a pleasure to work with – she was so welcoming and helpful. But the real standout was the installation team; they were incredibly professional, polite, and went above and beyond, working tirelessly to complete our job in a single day.   “I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Melanie was fantastic – she really listened to what I wanted and quickly found the perfect floor sample to match. She was incredibly accommodating, even lending me 30 minutes when I thought it would take the afternoon. I ended up adding a bit more to the project, and the installation team was amazing.   “I was really pleased with my experience with First Floors. John was fantastic – he patiently walked me through the whole process of choosing new flooring and scheduling the in-home measurement. I appreciated being able to bring samples home to see how they’d look in my house. Once I’d made my decision, the installation went incredibly smoothly, and I was especially impressed with Dustin and his team; they took their time, didn’t rush anything, and made sure I was completely happy with the final result.   Overall, we were really pleased with the product itself and felt the price was fair. However, there were a couple of hiccups during the installation process. There was some confusion between the sales team and the installers regarding the materials needed, which unfortunately added an extra day to the project. Additionally, we would have appreciated it if the installers had taken the time to clean up after themselves – I ended up spending a significant amount of time removing leftover glue from the new hardwood floors. report abuse
