“Overall, this place offers fantastic deals on flooring, especially if you’re a business like a contractor or real estate professional. The pricing is really competitive. However, I had a frustrating experience with their return policy. They accept returns and credit your account, which is good. But there’s a catch – you have to spend *more* than the amount you’re returning to actually use that credit. I returned $500 worth of flooring after changing our plans, and they promptly credited my account. Then, when I tried to use a $250 credit on a different purchase, they wouldn’t let me because my total order wasn’t over $250. It felt completely unfair to be told I couldn't use a credit I’d already earned. They didn’t mention this rule in their return policy, which was listed on my invoice, and I was essentially stuck paying for the trim I bought while driving 25 minutes with a trailer. I ended up with my returned flooring and my credit, but they insisted I had to spend more to access it – it just wasn’t a great customer experience.”

“They’re fantastic – definitely my go-to spot for laminate and vinyl. They’re really easy to work with and have a great range of products.”

“Overall, this was a really positive experience. They provided fantastic customer service and the wholesale products were high quality, plus the prices were very competitive.”

Honestly, I was really impressed with how quickly they worked – it was much faster than I anticipated. A nice bonus was that I didn’t have to do any loading, which was a huge help.
