  “Overall, this place offers fantastic value on flooring, especially for businesses like contractors or real estate professionals. I was really pleased with the prices. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by a frustrating return policy. While they handled the initial return smoothly, accepting my $500 return without issue, the rules surrounding the store credit were incredibly inconvenient. They only credit your account if you spend *more* than the amount of the credit – so I had a $500 credit I couldn’t use unless I bought another $500 worth of items. It felt completely unfair, and I was told I needed to speak with the owner to understand why this was the policy. To add to the issue, they ended up keeping my returned flooring and insisted I purchase more than the original credit amount to access it. Frankly, it felt like a really awkward and unprofessional situation, especially since this wasn’t outlined in their return policy or on my invoice. I drove 25 minutes with a trailer to pick up the trim, and they were essentially refusing to give me the money I was owed. It was a really disappointing experience.” report abuse
