  Working with JR and Trinity Floor Company to remodel the floors in my dental office was truly a fantastic experience. From start to finish, they completely understood my vision and delivered exactly what I wanted – beautiful new hardwood floors and bathroom tile that my patients and staff absolutely love. JR and his team were incredibly thoughtful, meticulously considering every detail, from the wood samples and floor patterns to the staining process.   I was really pleased with the price I got on 1600 sqft of hardwood from Trinity Floors – it was a fantastic deal. I initially got some samples from a different store and placed my order over the phone, and Victor was amazing in getting the material to me quickly. Unfortunately, when I opened the boxes, there were significant color variations, particularly with the lighter shades, which weren't matching my existing wood. I was incredibly stressed, especially with contractors coming the next day. However, Victor went above and beyond. He personally tracked down the right match, delivering 50 boxes himself and ensuring a perfect fit, even taking away the original bundle.
