  “I wanted to share my experience trying to get a quote from Trinity. I called their main number and spoke with a helpful gentleman who promised to get back to me with answers to my questions the next morning, but I never heard from him. Based on that single interaction, it’s hard to assess the quality of their work, but the lack of follow-up left me with a negative impression. I’ve since gotten quotes and signed a deal with another company. It makes me wonder if there might be an issue with communication between the sales team and the rest of the company, as I believe I missed an opportunity to work with Trinity.” report abuse

The tile work turned out absolutely stunning, even better than I’d pictured.   “I was really pleased with the price I got on 1600 sqft of hardwood from Trinity Floors – I initially found a sample at another store and placed my order over the phone. Victor was fantastic; he really went out of his way to get the material to me quickly. Unfortunately, when I opened the boxes, I found a significant variation in the shades, with several lighter tones completely mismatched with my existing wood. I was incredibly stressed, especially with contractors coming the next day. But Victor absolutely saved the day! He didn’t just walk away – he personally worked with me to find the perfect match, bringing in over 50 boxes himself, ensuring they were a perfect match, and even took away the original box. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful, and it really solidified my appreciation for Trinity Floors. That kind of service is exactly what makes a customer for life!” report abuse
