  I’ve been a customer of Advantage Svc. Co. for over 25 years, and I’m always incredibly happy with their service. Today, Service Tech Seth was fantastic – he was prompt, really friendly, and got the A/C wiring replacement done quickly and efficiently.   I was really disappointed with my Father’s Day gift – the air conditioning was broken – but I have to say, Advantage Service Company completely turned things around. They were incredibly prompt and the technician was so knowledgeable; he actually got the temperature down four degrees before he even left!   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. Technicians came out to service my heating unit last Thursday or Friday, and they did complete the job, identifying a couple of issues that they said needed addressing. However, the unit completely stopped working the following Saturday, even after we replaced the thermostat and filters. When I called to schedule a repair, I was informed that there would be a charge, which I understood. I also asked for an estimate on a new unit, but it seemed like they weren't prioritizing my request. Ultimately, they missed a significant opportunity – we’d already secured a new unit with another company – and their dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness were incredibly frustrating.” report abuse
