  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We invested $9,000 in an HVAC unit that completely failed within two years, requiring a full replacement. Despite being under warranty, they only offered a minimal 10% discount on the cost. We ended up shelling out $500 for repairs in the first year and another $1,500 the following year, and the technician seemed completely uninterested and dismissive – just shrugged and said ‘yeah, sometimes that happens.’ Honestly, if you’re prepared to spend $1,500 annually on repairs, this isn’t a company I’d recommend. It’s definitely worth investing in a more reliable unit and a business that actually cares about their customers.” report abuse

What really stood out was that he went above and beyond to help us find the source of a leak, even though it wasn't related to our air conditioning.   Jennifer Shelton from AIRCO did an absolutely fantastic job with our air conditioning check today. Not only did she arrive on time, but she quickly and efficiently completed the annual inspection, including replacing our filters and cleaning the covers. She even spotted a needed part for our older unit and installed it right away – we could really tell the difference afterward! We were so impressed with her professionalism and service, and we wholeheartedly recommend AIRCO and Jennifer’s work. report abuse
