  “I recently purchased a home in Maumelle, and unfortunately, I’ve encountered some serious issues with the HVAC installation. The installers hadn’t properly placed the new units on pads, which the city code inspector immediately flagged as a violation. I reported this to the company, but they’ve refused to address the problem. To add to this, the inspector also found that no permit was obtained for the work and that their license had expired. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the whole experience. Our warranty company sent Diamond to our house when our air conditioning went out on June 22nd, and they were able to send someone out the next day to diagnose the issue. However, they informed us they needed a part and, shockingly, they only communicate via snail mail and text – and they stopped responding to our texts completely. It took over a month for the part to arrive, and the technician who came out didn't seem particularly concerned about how long we’d been without air conditioning. I’ve already reported the issue to the warranty company, and I’m planning to escalate it with the Better Business Bureau as well.” report abuse

  “I’m so incredibly grateful for Diamond State Heat and Air! Last night, with the temperature dropping, my house ended up at 62 degrees, and I immediately called Charlie. I had a terrible experience with another company recently – they charged me a fortune for repairs that didn’t fix anything, and frankly, left me feeling completely taken advantage of. Charlie stepped in and not only fixed the problem but held the other company accountable, and I didn’t pay a single penny! Royce showed up this morning to take care of replacing my old unit, even braving the sleet and snow to get it done – and he brought space heaters to keep me and my pets warm while he was working.
