    I’d strongly advise against using this company. When I purchased a house in Maumelle, I discovered the new HVAC units hadn't been properly installed – they weren’t on appropriate pads. The city code inspector immediately flagged this as a code violation, and I reported it to the company. However, they’ve refused to address the issue. To make matters worse, the inspector also found that they hadn’t obtained a permit for the work and that their license had expired. report abuse

    “I had a really frustrating experience with our warranty company’s response to a broken air unit. They sent Diamond a referral when our air went out on June 22nd, and the technician arrived the next day. He explained they needed a part and promised to order it immediately. However, it turned out the company only uses snail mail for communication and they wouldn’t take our calls – just texts, which were quickly ignored. Thankfully, they were able to fix the unit on July 17th, but the technician didn’t seem particularly concerned about how long we were without air conditioning. I’ve already reported the issue to the warranty company and I’m planning to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau.” report abuse

    I’m absolutely blown away by the service I received from Diamond State Heat and Air. Last night, with the temperature plummeting, I woke up to a freezing house, but thankfully, Charlie responded immediately. I had a really bad experience with another company recently – they overcharged me for repairs that didn’t fix the problem, and I was left with nothing. Charlie not only fixed the issue but held them accountable, and I didn’t pay a dime! This morning, Royce arrived incredibly early, despite the sleet and snow, to replace my old heating unit. He even brought space heaters and gave me great advice on how to conserve heat. It’s incredible that he was able to find a unit on a Sunday! Seriously, I can’t thank Diamond State Heat and Air enough for their quick thinking and dedication – they truly went above and beyond to get me back up and running. report abuse
