  “I used to have a seasonal maintenance contract with them for about five years, and honestly, it was a really frustrating experience. I consistently struggled to get them to schedule regular service visits. They did eventually replace one unit, but after that, they completely stopped responding to my requests for service. It’s really important to be aware that they’re not committed to ongoing support, and I found their communication to be unreliable – they’d take my number and promise a callback, but often wouldn’t follow through, and they even seemed to avoid answering the phone once they recognized my number.” report abuse

I use them for our annual service and, frankly, I’ve worked with a lot of HVAC technicians, and they’re incredibly reliable and straightforward. They actually know what they’re doing, which is so important. We had a couple of issues with America First, and they handled both – a compressor replacement and thermostat relocation – quickly and efficiently. They were patient with all my questions, and I really appreciated how they made us feel like valued customers.
