  “We’ve been incredibly pleased with Chapman’s – they’ve been by far the best HVAC company we’ve worked with. For years, we’ve had a persistent problem with condensation draining to the outside, causing the system to freeze up every winter. The previous company just patched it temporarily for a few years, but it kept recurring. Thankfully, Chapman’s stepped in and not only fixed the original issue efficiently, but they also quickly addressed a leaking drain pipe. It’s fantastic to have a company that provides reliable, thorough service and annual maintenance. Huge thanks to Dan and the whole team – truly a veteran to the rescue!   “Dan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our AC units – they were incredibly efficient, finishing the work in just two days, even during the hottest part of the year. What really stood out was their dedication to making sure everything was perfect; they worked late to confirm all the features were working correctly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. They even followed up later to ensure we were completely satisfied, and Dan was there when the city inspector came by. We’ve been using them for our semi-annual inspections for years and have always been really pleased with their service.   “I recently used Chapman Service for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dan was fantastic – he really took the time to understand my concerns about getting my air conditioning system ready for the summer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Jeremy then came out to perform the maintenance, and he did an outstanding job. He not only completed the work expertly, but he also provided detailed before-and-after photos and explained every step he took.   “I had a really frustrating experience with my AC repair. After paying $597 for a technician visit, and even a FaceTime call with their manager Dan Chapman, we still didn’t have working air conditioning. They ended up needing another $600 for a second visit on the same day, and still nothing! The manager suggested replacing the compressor or getting a whole new unit – costing around $6500. I explained that I wasn’t using any freon because the unit wasn't cooling properly, and they reduced the price to $300, bringing the total to $897. Again, no luck. Luckily, I got a second opinion from another company who discovered there was nearly 12 pounds of excess freon in the system, which was causing the compressor to fail. They charged only $24 to fix the issue, and finally, we have cold air! It was a stressful situation, but I’m so glad we found a company we can trust now.” report abuse
