  “I was so relieved when Central Arkansas Service Company sent Auston Lewis out to my place on a Friday afternoon – he was there the same day after I called about my AC not cooling properly. Auston quickly figured out what was wrong and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He then pointed out that the unit also needed some Freon and a cleaning, and he got my approval for the extra work upfront, which I really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, he was just fantastic – friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. He kept me updated every step of the way, and I felt completely comfortable with everything he was doing. They fixed the problem efficiently and didn’t charge me anything extra beyond the service call fee.   “I contacted Central Arkansas Service Company after my kitchen sink became clogged. The technician who came out took nearly three hours to diagnose the problem, ultimately recommending and completing a full sink line replacement due to grease buildup. While the job was done, the $486.47 charge felt excessive considering the time spent and my professional experience dealing with plumbing issues across 150 properties – I rarely see a problem requiring such extensive work.
