  Overall, our experience with A-Authentic Garage Door Service was fantastic. Patrick was incredibly professional and efficient – the installation of our new garage door opener was completed very quickly, and he took great care to clean up after himself. We especially loved how quiet and smooth it runs! He was responsive to our initial call around 12:30, and thankfully arrived within the agreed-upon 2-6 window.   I honestly couldn’t be happier with A-Authentic Garage Doors. From the initial purchase of our new door and opener a few months ago, to the fantastic emergency service I received just yesterday, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. The team was so helpful during the initial installation – they really took the time to explain all our options and gave us an honest, upfront price. And I really appreciated that they walked me through setting up the opener app on our phones. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. When I had a small emergency yesterday, completely my fault, Kayla at dispatch was incredibly kind and got someone out to me within 30 minutes. Billy was fantastic too – he was so understanding and fixed the problem quickly. It’s clear everyone at A-Authentic Garage Doors genuinely cares about their customers.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A-Authentic sent Jeff B. out to replace my garage door spring, and he was fantastic. He arrived within two hours of my call, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and my garage door is now so much quieter.   I was really impressed with A-Authentic Garage Doors. Joseph, the service tech who came out, was fantastic – so knowledgeable and professional, and he actually spotted that the previous company had installed the wrong spring for me. That was a huge relief! We were hearing this annoying popping sound, and it turned out to be just the fresh paint sticking to the doors, but Joseph explained how that could lead to bigger problems with the springs down the line. He could have just done a simple service call, but thankfully he took the time to really diagnose the issue and recommended replacing the whole assembly. He found a few other things that needed attention too, and he rebuilt the entire thing in about an hour – our garage door is working perfectly now!   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Dane provided. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my noisy garage door, clearly explaining the problem and the solutions – outlining what would fix about 90% of the noise and what would handle the rest, along with the costs involved. He patiently walked me through the different options, and even offered a great discount to earn my business. What really stood out was his dedication; he worked until 8:00 p.m. installing the new opener and parts. Dane is a genuinely nice guy and a real asset to the company.
