  I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with Phoenician Garage Door and Repair. My garage door was in really bad shape, and I couldn't be there to have it fixed, but they assured me they could handle it remotely. Joey came out today and did an absolutely fantastic job – my wife noticed the difference immediately when she parked her car, and it’s been working perfectly ever since!   “I was really disappointed with my experience. The technician charged an incredibly high price – somewhere between 300% and 400% – for replacement parts, and unfortunately, the garage door still completely failed after he left. When I called to have him return, he insisted it was working perfectly and seemed genuinely confused about what had happened. I ended up having to call a completely different garage company the next day to get the problem resolved, which was a huge hassle.” report abuse

Then I spoke with Phoenician, and he was a complete breath of fresh air. He came out the same day, took a look and confidently told me he could fix it – no replacement needed! He even went the extra mile to thoroughly check my entire system, lubricated everything, and advised against adding a spring, which saved me a lot of money. Honestly, it was fantastic to deal with someone so honest and straightforward.
