  “I was really struggling to find a Genie screw drive carrier for my garage door, and I’d been hitting dead ends at Home Depot. Luckily, I discovered Adrian’s company – he’s right in my neighborhood! He was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and, best of all, he had a full stock of genuine Genie parts.   I had a really frustrating experience with this service yesterday. The technician was supposed to arrive between 10:30 and 11, but I received a string of texts throughout the day saying he was delayed due to a family emergency. It wasn’t until the end of the day that he finally confirmed he’d be coming the next day. He quoted a price of $65 for the repair, but after he finished, he suddenly added $220 for parts and then another $45 for adjusting the springs – all without discussing any of this upfront. When I questioned why this wasn't included, he refused to do the spring adjustment unless I paid an extra $45. Ultimately, I ended up paying $312, and I felt completely taken advantage of. It seemed like he was trying to add on charges at the last minute, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this service, especially if you need quick or emergency assistance. report abuse

I left a voicemail explaining my garage door opener issue and requesting a quick callback to schedule an appointment, but I never heard back.
