  “I was really disappointed with my experience. The team was friendly enough initially, but they immediately added a $59 service charge for an initial visit – which would have been okay if they’d been able to give me any pricing information at all. I asked about things like spring replacements and track repairs, but they couldn't even provide estimates. When I declined the charge, they offered to waive it. Frankly, I don’t appreciate businesses that aren't upfront about their pricing. It makes me think they either don’t have their operations organized or they’re trying to inflate prices.” report abuse

  Chris was fantastic! When our garage door broke, he quickly assessed the problem and was honest about our options – he was happy to repair the existing door or help us get a new one. He clearly explained everything we could expect, including the salesman’s role and the installation timeline.   “Aaron was a really professional and efficient repair person – he got the job done quickly, which was exactly what I needed. I appreciated that he explained the $199 emergency service fee upfront. However, I was a little surprised by how high the overall repair costs ended up being, and frankly, I felt they were a bit excessive given the situation.” report abuse

  “Jorge and his colleague were fantastic! They let me know they were running a little late and quickly checked to see if it was still okay. When they arrived, they immediately got to work diagnosing the problem with my garage door and, thankfully, were able to fix it completely. They even re-programmed my code and added an extra opener – really going above and beyond. I highly recommend them!” report abuse

  Joe Scripilliti was fantastic! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and then pinpointed a problem with the rollers. He didn't just fix it – he showed me how to reset the opener and even suggested a longer-lasting roller replacement. I’d definitely recommend him for any garage door problems. report abuse
