  Robert from Lodi Garage Door was really helpful – he took a good look at the damaged panels and it seems they were unfortunately damaged during shipping, and then installed despite the issue. He didn’t have the replacement parts available today, but he did manage to adjust the lubrication, and the door is working much smoother now. report abuse

He really listened to my concerns, quickly identified a solution, and was just so patient and friendly throughout the whole process.
