  “I can’t recommend Brian and Dan at Southwest Garage Doors highly enough! Our old garage door completely stopped working, and we were dreading a full replacement. Brian was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out that it was just a broken spring that needed fixing. Honestly, we were surprised at how straightforward it was! Because everything was so old, we ultimately decided to go with a full replacement. Dan was also amazing; he helped us find the exact shaker-style door we were looking for, and it looks absolutely beautiful, plus the new motor is so quiet – a really great upgrade!” report abuse

  Dan from Southwest Garage Doors was fantastic – I’m so glad I found him through BNI! We had a problem with our garage door, and he responded so quickly, calling us right back with some initial troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the issue, but he promptly scheduled an appointment, gave us a really fair price, and arrived on time. Turns out it was a more complicated fix, so we had another appointment, again with a reasonable price and punctual service. He not only fixed the main problem, but also took care of a smaller issue without even charging us extra! Dan is incredibly courteous and professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing garage door repairs. report abuse

  Dan was fantastic! I really appreciated how quickly he responded to my call on a Sunday and was able to schedule a visit for the very same day. He was so polite and immediately diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was really efficient getting to work on the wiring and sensor issues, and thankfully had all the parts he needed right on his truck – no delays at all. Definitely recommend him! report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Southwest Garage Doors! I had a frustrating issue with my garage door constantly resetting, and it turned out the existing opener was the problem. The company who originally installed it couldn’t get a technician out for weeks, which was a huge hassle. Thankfully, Southwest Garage Doors stepped in and replaced the entire unit for me the same day with a new Sommer model – it was a really smooth process and at a price I was happy with. What really stood out was their excellent customer service; they back all their products with warranties and offer quick tech support if anything ever comes up.   Dan was absolutely fantastic – he really turned a stressful situation around for me. It was a complete shock to come home and find the garage door spring had broken, but Dan and Southwest Garage Doors handled it incredibly quickly and professionally. I called them at 7am and they had it completely fixed by 10am, including replacing the springs and adding some new rollers that have made the door practically silent!
