  “I was really pleased with the work Rusty and his team did on my RV gate. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and the price was very reasonable. The installer did a fantastic job, even going above and beyond to reinforce the gate.   I was really frustrated with my recent experience trying to get a new door opener installed. I bought it from Home Depot and had it delivered by an opener installer they use. However, they refused to install it because they insisted I needed a new extension kit – costing $80 – even though the existing one was only five months old. It seems like a completely unnecessary policy, and I refused to pay for something that shouldn’t need replacing so soon. I ended up canceling the installation and getting it done by a different company the same day.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I contacted them to schedule my annual service and, crucially, I inquired about a military discount – something that’s really important to me as a veteran supporter. I was assured they offered one, and frankly, I wasn’t interested in the specifics of the discount itself, just the fact that they supported our troops. However, the technician showed up today to tell me they didn’t actually offer the discount. It’s clear there was a misunderstanding, and it’s not the technician's fault.
