He went above and beyond by taking care of a few minor issues with the existing mount and tightening everything up before we even decided to order a new motor.   “We’ve been really pleased with Door Doctor – we used them at our previous home in Trilogy and now for our new place here. We were looking for a reliable service, especially since our garage door was a little tricky to open. Adam, who did our work before, was our technician and he quickly identified a weak spring as the issue. He replaced the single spring with dual springs, thoroughly checked the whole door system, and did a fantastic job – really efficient and professional. As a long-time customer, we didn’t even have to pay a service charge!   Ron was fantastic! I was completely stuck in my garage with a broken spring, and he arrived three hours earlier than scheduled – it only took him about 30 minutes to get everything fixed.   I was really pleased with the service I received from The Original Door Doctor. Jose and his helper did a fantastic job installing my new garage door opener – it was completed quickly and they were both incredibly professional. They didn’t just install it, though; Jose took the time to walk me through everything, even helping me set up the Wi-Fi on my phone and program my car. I’ve used Door Doctor before for a spring replacement three years ago, and their thoroughness was just as impressive this time – they checked everything carefully before they left. To top it all off, they upgraded me to a better model for free when the one I initially ordered was unavailable! I’d definitely recommend The Original Door Doctor to anyone needing garage door repairs or a new opener. report abuse
