  Ryan was fantastic – he really took the time to explain the differences in window quality and what I could expect. While I initially focused on price, seeing the samples he brought was a real game-changer. He was so knowledgeable and I completely changed my mind after seeing them.   “Champion arrived on time, but unfortunately, the installation was incredibly frustrating. While they stayed late, they didn’t explain the issue with my detached screen door on the back patio or how to operate it. Worse, they damaged the stucco around my bedroom window, creating several holes and rips before the job was finished. They just asked for my signature to falsely claim the installation was complete, promising to fix the damage themselves. The screen door was also loosely attached and kept coming loose. I disputed the extra charge they added, and it was difficult to get them to acknowledge the problem and pay me what was owed. I ended up having to escalate the issue to the corporate office – which I really don’t like to do – and I’m still waiting for updates. Honestly, the whole experience was completely unacceptable, and I expected much better service.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Champion Windows. I placed an order for a sliding patio door back in May and, despite numerous updates and a promised delivery to Arizona, I still haven’t received it. It’s now late August, two weeks past the last date they gave me, and I’ve gotten no communication whatsoever about the delay. Adding to this, I scheduled a four-hour measurement appointment in June, taking time off work, only for no one to show up. I had to chase them down for a response, and even then, I received no update until the following day. It feels like I’m constantly having to ask for information, and they’re often vague with their estimates. They initially gave me a quote of over $52,000 for a window retrofit, which was then reduced to around $25,000 with “discounts,” but still significantly more than other quotes I’ve received. Frankly, the whole experience has been completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend Champion Windows. report abuse

  Overall, the Sales Representative did a great job. He was really professional and worked hard to find us a solution that fit our budget for the window replacements.
