  “I couldn’t be happier with my new windows – the quality and experience were truly top-notch! The installation crew, especially Gavin and managed by Trevor, was incredibly professional and meticulous; they did a fantastic job, and the whole process was very clean and well-managed. JC was also a fantastic sales representative, helping me through every step of the way, from the initial order about two and a half months ago to the final installation. To top it off, Jason, the district sales manager, even stopped by to check in and offered some free glass cleaner – it was a really thoughtful touch. I compared quotes from several companies, including Renewal and Window World, and Champions offered the best balance of price and quality, plus their warranty gave me peace of mind.   “I’m writing this review primarily because of the absolutely terrible experience I had with Champion’s customer service. The installation team was fantastic – truly a 5-star operation. The windows themselves look great, but frankly, that’s beside the point. After getting new windows installed throughout my house about a year ago, I started having problems with several turning a strange brown color, and one of the locks broke. Despite countless calls and frustrating scheduling issues – many of which resulted in no show-ups or cancellations – it took months to get anyone to acknowledge the problem. Eventually, someone came out and simply cleaned the windows, but the discoloration remained. I was repeatedly told they'd never encountered this before and had no solution. I contacted managers and the corporate office, but was met with indifference and no offer of compensation, considering I spent over $23,000 on these windows. The lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. It’s truly disheartening to see the installation team struggling with the fallout of this poor service. They clearly work incredibly hard, but they’re burdened by a system that doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. Honestly, I’d have chosen a different company if I’d known this was the level of support I’d receive.” report abuse

I went in expecting a typical sales pitch, but Francisco provided a really informative and honest overview of Champion’s Windows – he clearly explained how they’re made, highlighted their features, and confidently addressed the full warranty. As a recent widow, I’m always a little wary of companies trying to pressure people into buying things. I really appreciated Francisco’s dedication and the fact that he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.   “Overall, our initial experience getting a quote and scheduling the installation was really positive – the product itself seems great. However, things went terribly wrong once the actual installation began. The team had to return multiple times to correct their mistakes, and even then, the quality of the work was disappointing. We ended up having to escalate the issue to the manager, Thomas, who unfortunately came across as dismissive and rude. It’s been over two months since the windows and doors were installed, and they’re still not fully resolved with no clear timeline for completion. To add to the frustration, the consultant who originally sold us the windows no longer works for the company. Honestly, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Champion Windows.” report abuse

  “I really appreciated working with Tim from Champion to explore adding a sunroom to my new home. He was fantastic – he took the time to carefully assess my 1952 house and, honestly, explained that due to its original design and existing infrastructure, building a sunroom would be a very complex and costly project, and unfortunately likely not feasible. I really valued his straightforwardness. While he did discuss some potential upgrades for my doors, which I’ll definitely keep in mind for the future, I want to thank Tim and Champion for their time and honesty.” report abuse
