  “I was so stressed out buying my first vacation home in Scottsdale and tackling the updates needed – especially replacing a dozen windows and sliding doors. Being new to the area and unfamiliar with local contractors, I was understandably worried about getting ripped off. Luckily, I found Freelite. Tony was absolutely fantastic; he was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions (which were admittedly a lot!) and really took the time to explain what would work best for my home. He didn’t just give me a quote, he educated me about the different options and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. Not only did they provide the most competitive price, but the entire job – replacing about 10 windows and two sliding glass doors – was completed quickly and with fantastic communication. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which was a huge relief compared to other contractors I’d been working with.   “I’ve been using Freelite for several years now, and I’m incredibly happy with their work. We have quite a few skylights – four on our patio and three inside our home – and they’ve recently handled a replacement and a repair with excellent quality and service.   Overall, Freelite did a great job replacing our windows. They really went the extra mile to source the large, custom windows we needed – it wasn’t easy, but they found a company that could handle it. There were a couple of initial communication hiccups with their salesperson, but that was quickly sorted out and they were always polite and helpful. The pricing was competitive, and the installation crew was fantastic – incredibly friendly, punctual, and kept everything very neat. They even came out a few times beforehand to double-check measurements, which was really appreciated given the size of the windows. It’s only been recently that the installation is complete, but so far, we're really pleased with the results and would definitely consider using Freelite again for future window projects. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. We commissioned a custom wood door and from the start, we’ve faced serious issues with the service. After multiple calls and promises of a technician to address the problems, no one ever followed through. They missed an appointment they’d scheduled, and frankly, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the repeated delays and broken commitments. It’s frustrating to have paid for a premium custom door expecting reliable service, and instead, we’ve received nothing but poor communication and missed appointments. The door itself is beautiful, but the service has been unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company. report abuse

  Overall, Freelite did a fantastic job. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and impressively stayed ahead of schedule – something that’s rare these days.
