  Overall, our experience with Everlasting has been a bit frustrating so far. The crew who installed the storm door was fantastic – really nice guys, cleaned up perfectly, and they were great with the door itself, which opened and closed smoothly. However, the communication from the office has been really lacking. We were given a timeline for the door installation in May, but we’ve been rescheduled twice with very little notice. Today, we’re still waiting for the front door installation, and haven't received any confirmation. It’s concerning that we haven't heard anything and we’re starting to doubt the promises of a complete service including stucco and trim. I’ll update you as things progress. report abuse

They were the lowest bidder, and the team did a fantastic job replacing our old French doors – completing the work in just under four hours on the day they scheduled. Everyone was incredibly polite, efficient, and really personable. They explained everything they were doing and even consulted with us about the new doorbell installation. Best of all, they left the house spotless and caused absolutely no damage. The estimator was also excellent, and we appreciated that they were upfront about what they could and couldn’t do.
