  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with K&J. The new windows are beautiful, and the installation was surprisingly quick – they got all 18 done in a single day! The crew was also fantastic, really taking care to clean up after themselves. Honestly, we were a little hesitant choosing a company, but Cody was a huge help in guiding us to K&J, and we’re so glad we went with them.   Overall, K&J Windows were fantastic to work with. We received a lot of quotes, and it was a bit overwhelming with some salespeople just trying to bash their competitors. But K&J really stood out – they focused on understanding our project needs and offered the Simonton Daylight Max, which perfectly fit what we were looking for. Their showroom visit was really helpful in making our decision. Once we accepted their bid, they were incredibly punctual with the installation date and the team was fantastic! They were knowledgeable, kept the area clean, and took the time to explain everything to us. We did have a small issue with one piece of glass having some minor scratches, but K&J quickly resolved it by ordering a replacement. Honestly, replacing our 20+ year old windows was a big undertaking, but K&J made the entire process so much smoother and better than we anticipated – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with K&J Windows. A year ago, they installed our windows, and just a month later, we had trouble removing them to clean them. Despite numerous calls over the last 10 months, they’ve repeatedly delayed addressing the issue. I would strongly advise against using their services. report abuse

  “From start to finish, we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received! Tony was fantastic – he arrived with samples, clearly explained all the different options and price points without any pressure, and created a bid based solely on our needs. The prices were surprisingly good, and we really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell us. Once the installation began, Solo, Carlos, and Larry, with Nick leading the team, were incredibly professional and efficient. They did a fantastic job, covered everything perfectly, and even cleaned up the whole area afterward, leaving our house looking better than when they arrived. Nick was especially helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the window features and ensuring we completely understood everything before he left. Cody was incredibly helpful right from the beginning – he arrived on time, patiently walked me through the different window options, and sent over a clear and competitive quote quickly. I’d been researching other companies, and ultimately chose the Simonton Daylight Max because of K&J’s excellent reputation. The installation crew was also outstanding. They arrived early the next morning, completed the job of installing five windows in just four hours, and were incredibly professional, polite, and took care to clean up thoroughly. Honestly, I felt completely confident in their work. He assured me he’d email me an estimate within a day or two. However, I never received the estimate, and I ended up getting quotes from other companies the same day. Cody was incredibly helpful, especially with navigating the tricky HOA approval process. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions, which was a huge relief. Once the approval came through, the installation was seamless. Nick and his crew – Carlos, Scott, and Solo – were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and took great care of my property, even helping me move furniture. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and they cleaned up everything afterward.
