  “We were so pleased with our new front door installation this spring! Tony Liethen, our salesman, was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our needs and was much more knowledgeable than the other contractors we spoke with. Because our old door was a unique size, the installation took a bit longer than expected, but K&J didn’t add any extra charges. There were a couple of minor issues – they missed a screw and didn’t adjust the threshold – but K&J quickly sent someone out to fix it, and they were incredibly professional and friendly.   “We absolutely love our new windows from K&J! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. We initially chose the Amsco middle-range windows – they’re really beautiful, with clean lines and a great design, and perfect for our budget. We were a little worried about how they’d affect the light in our house, but they actually made it brighter, and we don’t need to use sunscreen anymore! The installers, Jose and Jacob, were incredibly professional and efficient. They had a lot of experience, were always on time, and left the house spotless. They really took pride in their work. We’ve even had them do another installation at our recently purchased home (in 2023) and they did an amazing job there too – the caulking was particularly well done, which was a big improvement over our old windows. Tony, our initial salesman, was fantastic – he was super responsive and helped us make all the right decisions.   “I was really pleased with K&J’s work replacing my sliding door and bedroom window. They were incredibly patient while I waited for HOA approval, and Abel Misa and Ivan were fantastic during the installation – really professional and helpful.   “I couldn’t be happier with the new windows K&J Windows installed today. Cody, the salesman, was fantastic – he really understood the unique challenges of our older slump block house. But the installation crew truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly knowledgeable, proactive in solving any issues that came up, communicated really well throughout the process, and were just incredibly polite and detail-oriented.   “I was really pleased with the whole experience with K&J. Cody, the sales representative, was incredibly honest and straightforward, and his quote was significantly lower than the other bids we received for the same Milgard windows. What really impressed me was the installation team – they finished installing all 12 windows and the large sliding door in just one day! I’ve been looking at window replacements in our neighborhood, which is mostly 30-year-old homes, and the quality of their work – the fit and finish – was truly exceptional, even better than anything I’d seen before. I always get at least three or four bids for any project, and I wholeheartedly recommend K&J.   “We had an absolutely fantastic experience with K&J! We started with Cody, who was so friendly and professional, and really helped us feel comfortable about replacing our windows in our historic 1940s home – he was particularly good at keeping the original character of the windows intact. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus! Jose and Jacob did the installation, and they were both incredible. They worked so hard, especially in the heat, and were incredibly respectful of our home.   Overall, K&J did a fantastic job installing our new French patio door. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, really taking the time to understand our design ideas and suggest details that perfectly matched our vision.
