  “We absolutely love our new windows from Energy Shield Window and Door Company – we found them through “Home” magazine and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We started last year by replacing half our windows, and we just finished installing the other half. Both teams were fantastic – incredibly professional and punctual. Not only do the new windows completely transform the look of our house, but we’ve already seen a huge difference in how much we’re using our air conditioning. Our old windows were originals and really weren’t very efficient. Yesterday, with it being 100°F outside, we were able to keep the thermostat at 80°F and the AC only kicked on a few times all day! And a special shout-out to Andrea in the office – she was so helpful when we had a problem with a lost check. They really went above and beyond. Honestly, they provided the best price and service, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Energy Shield. Andrea in the office was fantastic – so helpful and professional, and Mike, the salesperson, was great too – really friendly and never pressured me. I was primarily drawn in by the excellent price, but I was also really impressed with the quality of the windows themselves. The installation crew were fantastic, and everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was a few stray glass shards left in the yard after installation, but it didn’t detract from the great experience I had as a whole. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with Energy Shield! They recently replaced eight windows and a patio door for me, and the whole experience was fantastic. Humberto and Angel were the guys who did the work, and they were truly outstanding – so friendly, polite, and professional. You could tell they really knew their stuff and did an absolutely amazing job. The windows look gorgeous, and I absolutely love the blue color. I’m so grateful for both the quality of the windows and the fantastic service I received.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Energy Shield. They really went the extra mile to meet our specific needs – we especially appreciated that they customized the windows to our exact preferences, eliminating the transoms we didn’t want. It was fantastic that they were able to create a custom window for our small guest bath, something other companies couldn’t do. The installers were fantastic – quick, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The only minor issue was a few scratches on three windows after installation, but they addressed it immediately by sending someone out the next day to replace them. Jeff, our estimator, was incredibly friendly and thorough – he answered all of our questions clearly and gave us a really detailed estimate. The installation team, Julio and his coworker, were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly courteous, kept us updated, and were so mindful of our property, especially on a hot morning when we were providing them with water. They expertly handled the removal of our old windows and even adapted the new moldings seamlessly. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and they left our home spotless after they were finished.
