  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that feedback: “I chose TrueView because they offered the lowest price when I initially got a quote, and the large commercial window installation seemed great at the time. However, about 16 months later, a window suddenly shattered with no apparent cause – the weather was perfect and there was no one around. The security footage clearly showed the window breaking from the top. When I contacted TrueView, they immediately stated there was no warranty coverage due to the extended time that had passed. While they did send someone out for an emergency board-up (which was significantly cheaper than the window itself), they then informed me I’d have to pay an additional $1800 to replace it. As a small business owner, especially during the slower summer months in Arizona, that’s a huge expense. It really feels like TrueView isn’t taking responsibility for the quality of their product, and they’re looking for any reason not to cover the damage. Honestly, if I hadn't already had several other windows in good condition, I might have a very different experience. I’d advise anyone considering TrueView to proceed with caution.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with True View! We were really stuck when our original glass company refused to help us adjust our shower doors – they hadn’t even installed them. Luckily, we found True View, and their receptionist was incredibly responsive, getting us a quote and scheduling Robert to come out. Robert was fantastic – he was so professional and efficient, quickly and expertly fixed our shower doors.   I couldn’t be happier with my new shower doors – we finally upgraded the shower curtains in both bathrooms, and it’s made such a huge difference! I was so impressed with True View; a friend recommended them to me after they did a whole-house window replacement and she raved about their service. Kristin at the showroom was fantastic – she really took the time to help me through the whole process, from start to finish. Wes did the initial measurements, and he was incredibly professional and friendly. And Saul and Raul were amazing during the installation; they were both so patient and answered all my questions and concerns really well.   “Dylan and Nolan were fantastic – they arrived right on time and even let us know when they were close. They were so friendly and considerate, taking extra care to protect our hardwood floors with a drop cloth. Honestly, getting to those windows was a bit tricky, but Nolan really impressed us with some incredible moves while getting them set up! Dylan just calmly kept watch, like he’d done this a hundred times. It was a bit of a challenge for them, but they got the job done quickly and efficiently. My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of their work and the whole team – that’s why we’ve always chosen True View and why we happily recommend them to our friends and neighbors.” report abuse

  “I contacted them on a Saturday to get a quote for a broken window, and they called me back Monday with a tentative price. They scheduled a measurement for the following Thursday between 1 and 4:30, but no one ever showed up. I waited all afternoon, hoping they’d arrive, but they didn’t. After that, they said they’d reschedule for the week after, which was incredibly frustrating. Honestly, I’m going to have to go with a different company – one that actually follows through and keeps its appointments.” report abuse
