  “I cannot recommend True View Windows highly enough! Our realtor suggested them, and we’ve used them twice now – once when selling our old home and again when we bought our new one. They completely transformed our new house, replacing 12 windows, our front door glass, and even fixing the stuck sliders. The team – Derek, Dylan, Brody, and Nolan – were absolutely incredible. They were incredibly skilled, hardworking, and meticulous, working tirelessly to get the job done perfectly. They even cleaned our indoor/outdoor bar counter! It’s so reassuring to know they left our home better than they found it, and our new windows look and glide so smoothly – it’s amazing! Lynell was fantastic too, always available to answer any questions. We were facing a really tight deadline, and they went above and beyond, completing the entire project in a single day, even bringing in extra crews to help. It was incredible to see them work so hard, especially with those extreme temperatures!   “I’m very concerned about this driver’s behavior. They’re consistently impeding traffic flow, and it’s putting everyone at risk. It seems they don’t understand basic traffic laws and are creating a dangerous situation. I witnessed multiple cars closely following them, often tailgating and waiting for a gap, which is incredibly risky. I really hope this driver takes this feedback seriously, as their actions could lead to a serious accident.” report abuse

  “I was really hoping for a great experience after Glass King recommended True View for my cracked patio door repair. Honestly, it was a huge letdown. They sent someone out within a week to take a look, but I had to chase them down to get a supervisor involved and then to actually schedule the replacement glass. It took about a month, and to make matters worse, when the glass was finally installed, the technicians were 45 minutes late. I was just relieved to finally have the door fixed, but then we found shards of glass all over our house – on our rug and in the family room. It was completely unacceptable, especially with a crawling baby around. To add to the frustration, I later discovered the technician had carried the broken glass inside through my home instead of using the gate. I ended up spending hours cleaning up the mess and was incredibly stressed after a long day. When I contacted the company to report the issue, I never heard back from the supervisor. I wouldn’t recommend True View based on my experience – it was simply too lengthy, careless, and frankly, unsafe.” report abuse

  Brittany was fantastic – truly a standout member of the True View team in Tucson. She was incredibly helpful, always polite and clearly knowledgeable about all of their products. Her organizational skills were top-notch, and she represented the office beautifully. Honestly, if I were her manager, I’d be recommending a raise and a celebratory lunch! If you’re looking for custom shower glass in Tucson, you absolutely need to speak with Brittany – you won’t be disappointed. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say Saul and Tino did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the rollers in our sliding glass door. It was incredibly frustrating how difficult it was to open and close before – it turned out the ball bearings were the problem. Now it’s so smooth and easy! Vincent was a huge help, patiently guiding us through choosing the perfect windows. And the installation itself was truly the best we’ve ever had with a home improvement project – Adrian was amazing as our team lead – so professional, courteous, and attentive.
