  I recently had DunRite Windows and Doors install my new windows and doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. While I didn’t get a chance to meet Sal himself, I want to give a huge shout-out to his incredible team – Mike Nyberg, Michael Nyberg, Tony Thomas, and Frankie. Seriously, they were fantastic! From the initial consultation to the flawless installation, they were prompt, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and completely professional. They delivered exactly what was promised, and the quality of their work is truly outstanding. You honestly wouldn't know they were there – the installation was seamless, with no mess at all. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work. My only minor issue was a screen door wheel that arrived damaged, but that’s a small thing considering the overall amazing service I received. If you're looking for a truly smooth and expertly executed window and door installation, I wholeheartedly recommend DunRite – Sal and his team deserve nothing but gold! – GaryC report abuse

  I was absolutely thrilled with the work the DunRite team did replacing our windows. Our home feels so much brighter and more welcoming now! They were incredibly considerate of our house and our kids, and they kept the area spotless.   Overall, we couldn’t be happier with DunRite Windows and Doors. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their service was outstanding. Tony was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our needs, patiently walked us through the different window options suited for our climate, and never pressured us into anything. The team of Kevin, Frank, and Zach were equally impressive during the actual installation; they were incredibly professional, meticulous about protecting our home, and worked together seamlessly. We especially appreciated how carefully they covered the areas with plastic to keep dust out. And we were consistently impressed with the responsiveness of the front office staff – everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and readily available to answer our questions.   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received from DunRite. From the salesperson to the window installer and the stucco worker, everyone has been courteous and professional, consistently checking in to make sure I was happy – which, honestly, I haven't had any real complaints about. It’s not DunRite’s fault, but I’ve discovered that Milgard windows can be a bit tricky to keep clean, though they’re working to address that. The project isn’t quite complete due to a damaged window, but I’m generally very satisfied with the experience so far. report abuse

  I approached Dunrite after seeing some positive reviews and received a quote that initially seemed promising for a new front double door. I spoke with Tony, the sales representative, and he assured me we could see samples of the glass and hardware options in their showroom. Unfortunately, when I went out to the showroom, the glass samples were extremely limited and they had no door hardware samples available. I brought this to Tony’s attention, but his response was completely dismissive and unapologetic – he just offered “good luck.” It became clear that he hadn’t fully understood my needs and was unwilling to acknowledge the issue. Considering the lack of communication and his inappropriate reaction, I ultimately decided not to proceed with Dunrite. While others may have had positive experiences, I couldn’t justify spending a significant amount of money with a company that seemed so unresponsive and lacking in professionalism. report abuse
