  “I couldn’t be happier with DunRite! We recently had all our old Andersen windows replaced with Milgard double-hung and casement windows, and the difference is incredible. The house is so much quieter, and they’re really helping to keep the heat and dust out – which is fantastic, especially with the beautiful views we have. The black frames really accentuate those views, and it was a wonderful surprise! From start to finish, DunRite was fantastic. Sal and his team were incredibly professional and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. They were meticulous about ensuring everything fit perfectly, and the crews were just a joy to have around. They were incredibly efficient and hardworking, and honestly, a really fun bunch to have in our home – even our dogs loved them!   “Overall, we had a really positive experience with DunRite Windows & Doors. We’d been planning to replace our windows and patio door for a while, and after meeting with a few different companies, we chose DunRite. While they weren’t the cheapest option, their customer service really stood out. Jan was fantastic – he was professional, gave us a fair quote quickly, and even took us to their showroom to show us different samples. He didn’t pressure us at all, which gave us the space to really consider our choices. The installation team, Mike and Mikey, were absolutely amazing! They were so respectful of our home and belongings, incredibly efficient, and did a fantastic job with the installation. The windows and door look incredible, and they took great care to leave everything around them untouched. We did have a small issue with a torn screen, but the office followed up quickly and is working on getting a replacement to us. We’d definitely recommend DunRite to anyone – we’ll be telling our neighbors and friends all about our experience!” report abuse

  “I wanted to share my fantastic experience with DunRite Windows and Doors. While I didn’t get to meet Sal himself, I had the pleasure of working with his team, and they were truly outstanding. Mike Nyberg, Michael Nyberg, Tony Thomas, and Frankie – seriously, everyone was top-notch! From the initial consultation to the flawless installation, they were prompt, incredibly courteous, and gave me all the information I needed. They took such pride in their work, and the quality was impeccable; you wouldn’t even know they’d been there! It was a completely seamless installation – no mess at all. I wholeheartedly recommend DunRite if you're looking for a professional and stress-free experience. My only very minor issue was a replacement wheel that arrived broken, but that didn’t detract from the amazing work the team did.   “We couldn’t be happier with DunRite Windows and Doors! From start to finish, they did an absolutely fantastic job replacing all the windows in our home. Tony was a huge help – he took the time to really understand our needs, patiently walked us through different window options suited for our climate, and never pressured us into anything. The team of Kevin, Frank, and Zach who actually did the installation were incredible too; they were so professional, meticulous, and took great care to protect our house. They were really thoughtful about covering everything and cleaning up afterward. And we were also really impressed with the office staff – they were knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer our questions.   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received from DunRite. From the salesperson to the window installer and the stucco worker, everyone has been courteous and professional, and they’ve consistently checked in to make sure I was happy with the progress. The only reason the project isn't fully complete is due to a damaged window, which isn't DunRite's fault. I’ve also discovered that Milgard windows can be a bit tricky to clean, but DunRite is working to address that. report abuse

  “I went to Dunrite looking for a quote on replacing my front double doors, and they initially seemed like a strong contender based on their reviews and the quote they provided. I specifically asked Tony, the sales rep, to see samples of the glass and door hardware options – he assured me they’d be available in the showroom. Unfortunately, when I went out to their location, the glass samples were extremely limited, and they didn’t have any door hardware samples to show. When I brought this to Tony’s attention, he was dismissive and didn’t seem to take responsibility. His response to my email – simply saying ‘good luck with whatever you do’ – was incredibly unprofessional. It seems the owner is trying to suggest I was demanding a huge discount, which isn't accurate. Their initial quote was $7,900, and I countered with $7,200, a reasonable offer. Despite that, they raised the price to $7,550. Ultimately, it wasn’t the price that bothered me, but the lack of communication and Tony’s unapologetic attitude. It was clear from the start that Dunrite wasn’t prioritizing customer service, and I’m glad I made the decision to move on.” report abuse
