  “I couldn’t be happier with Window World! From the very beginning, the team was fantastic – friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. Ryan, the sales guy, was a huge help too; he was really knowledgeable and didn't push us at all, which was a welcome change after getting quotes from other companies. He’s been great with follow-up and always super responsive. Jose and his team did an amazing job installing 10 windows and a sliding door – getting that done in one day in my older house was seriously impressive! The final result looks fantastic, and the windows are working perfectly. They’re so much cooler than my old 1980s windows, and the house is noticeably quieter.   Overall, Window World offered a competitive price, but the initial installation quality was a significant letdown. I noticed multiple holes in the sealant around each window, suggesting a rushed or inexperienced installation. Thankfully, Window World quickly addressed the problem with a timely and excellent follow-up. They really went above and beyond to resolve the issue, and I’m pleased with their commitment to customer satisfaction – it’s definitely earned them my return business.   “I contacted them eight days ago about a shattered bathroom window – it’s only three years old. The receptionist assured me a manager would be in touch, as they’d dealt with a similar issue before. However, I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I’ve temporarily covered the hole with cardboard, and when I cautiously touched the window, it crumbled in my hand. It’s incredibly frustrating that I haven’t received any follow-up and that the window is already damaged.” report abuse
