  Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. We encountered a significant number of issues, including repeated delays and incorrect materials, and it became clear they hadn’t properly scheduled our appointment. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially given Dave Ramsey’s recommendation. While I’m glad the job is finally finished, and we received a discount for the trouble, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with my new windows from Window World of Phoenix! The windows themselves look absolutely stunning, and I got a really great price – it was totally worth the wait. They estimated about three and a half months for the installation, and while that was a bit long, the final result is fantastic. A huge thanks to Arturo Acosta and his team; they were incredibly precise, kept everything so tidy, and were just really professional. My house was freshly painted, and I was worried about needing to touch up the paint after installation, but everything looks gorgeous and perfectly clean.   “I absolutely loved working with Window World! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the whole experience was fantastic. They were so professional – they came out to explain everything, then again to take measurements, and I quickly signed the contract. The installation team was truly outstanding; they were efficient, clean, and left my home spotless after they were finished. It was a huge relief knowing they took care of everything, and the windows themselves are beautiful. Honestly, I had gotten quotes from a few different companies, including some big stores, and Window World’s combination of price and quality was unbeatable. Knowing the windows were made right here in Arizona, specifically for our climate, was a really important factor for me. Plus, the backing from Good Housekeeping and Angie’s List gave me a lot of confidence in their products. This year’s summer was noticeably cooler and more comfortable in our house, and my energy bill actually went down – a real bonus! Even though we hadn’t contacted him for about six months while we were saving, he remembered us and has been incredibly courteous and professional throughout.   Lee and the team did a fantastic job for us. He was so helpful in guiding us through choosing the right windows, and we really appreciated how competitive the price was. The windows themselves and the service we received were exactly as promised. Jesus was also incredible – he did a brilliant job installing everything, and he even spotted a small issue with our framing and offered some really valuable advice to get it sorted out that day.
