  “Brock and his team were absolutely fantastic! We were really looking for a complete refresh for our house, and they made the whole process incredibly smooth. To be honest, I was a little nervous going in – we have some unique windows that have been difficult to source from other companies. But Brock and his team tackled that challenge head-on. They had the custom windows made, installed, and tinted all within just five weeks! It was such an amazing experience, and a world away from the frustrating experiences we’d had with other vendors who just kept saying ‘no’.   “I was really disappointed with my experience after hiring a different company to replace 17 of my 19 windows. The stucco repair work they did afterward was shockingly bad, and it really highlighted the problems with the initial replacement. I tried repeatedly to get the original company to address the stucco issue, even considering replacing the remaining windows, but they just kept pushing for an inflated quote and insisted the stucco would be fixed *after* I bought two new ones. It completely undermined their ‘lifetime guarantee.’ Thankfully, Vista Windows offered a much more reasonable quote and timeline, and Brock was incredibly polite and professional throughout the whole process. It was a frustrating start, but Vista Windows definitely delivered on their promises.” report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with the recent window replacement job done by Vista Windows and Doors! They replaced three of our windows, two of which face west, and the difference is incredible – we no longer have to deal with the afternoon sun at all. The windows look fantastic and operate so smoothly. Honestly, we were completely blown away by how much quieter our home is now; we hadn’t realized how much outside noise we were hearing until the new windows were installed – it was a fantastic, unexpected bonus! Our 45-year-old house really got a wonderful facelift, and we’re so happy with the results. The installers themselves were incredibly professional, efficient, and really took care to minimize any disruption.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with our new windows! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brian and Brock gave us a really clear and honest quote, and it was immediately obvious they were professionals. Our daughter had used them before, and we were impressed with their straightforward approach and how well they explained everything about the windows – how they’d look and how they’d work. Cory and his team did the installation, and they were incredibly efficient and didn’t cause any problems at all. Brian and Brock checked in on the progress every day, which we really appreciated. We’re so happy with the result, and we even added the tenting to the front windows for extra privacy and to block out the sun, which is a brilliant touch.   “Overall, the window replacement was really well done – they were professional and got the job done quickly. However, we did have a couple of scheduling issues, and they ended up rescheduling the installation twice. The good news is that they secured us a price, and we’ll get that rate if we need any other windows replaced in the future.” report abuse
