  “I hired Jeremy based on a recommendation from Jim and Dawn at Home Depot, and he did a good job removing my old shower door – I paid him his initial fee. Unfortunately, getting him to schedule the installation of the new door was a huge problem. He kept rescheduling without much notice, and I constantly had to chase him down for updates. It felt really disorganized and he wasn’t proactive at all. There are plenty of reliable contractors in Phoenix, but Jeremy didn’t meet my expectations.” report abuse

We had a really frustrating problem with a very old sliding glass door in our Tempe rental property – it just wasn't sliding properly after over 35 years. I got a few quotes, and his was significantly cheaper, which made me a little hesitant, but he assured me it would be like new after he finished. I’m so glad I trusted him. He was incredibly professional, did exactly what he promised, and the door is now working perfectly.
