I’m extremely disappointed with my experience renting equipment from this company. I contacted them to secure a weekend rate on a loader, and everything was arranged over the phone, including delivery on Friday and pickup on Monday. However, when I arrived at 1 p.m. on Friday, they informed me the unit they’d promised was nowhere to be found – they offered a series of weak excuses. They eventually located a similar tractor in Mesa, but then insisted they couldn’t deliver it until next week! I was absolutely furious, especially since 1 p.m. was more than sufficient time for delivery from Flagstaff. Ultimately, I saved over $400 by going with a different rental company, and I strongly advise anyone considering using this place to look elsewhere – you’re paying far too much.
