  “I’m unfortunately leaving a very disappointed review of this rental center. I contacted them to rent a loader for a weekend, and everything was initially arranged over the phone, including a specific delivery date. When I arrived on Friday at 1 p.m. to pick up the order, they informed me the loader they’d promised wasn’t even available – they offered a string of unbelievable excuses. They then had to find a tractor in Mesa and wouldn’t deliver it until next week! I was incredibly frustrated, especially since they’d stated they had the loader on hand. I ended up saving over $400 by going with a different company – it was simply too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend using this rental center.” report abuse
