  “I was really frustrated with my experience renting a saw. My first visit, the price was reasonable – $25 a day or $18 for four hours. However, when I went back the following week, the price had completely changed. The clerk quoted me $91 a day, including $11 for insurance, or $60 for four hours. That was more than double the initial price! It felt like a bait-and-switch, and frankly, I don’t have time for these kinds of confusing pricing games.” report abuse

  I was so impressed with Home Depot – especially Brent! I booked a moving truck and car trailer and was a little unsure about getting my car onto the trailer. Brent patiently showed me exactly how to do it, which really put my mind at ease. Everything went smoothly, and I arrived at my destination without any damage to my car.   I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Home Depot. Honestly, I can only give one star because there’s no way to go lower. I went in to get a mower repaired, and the manager sent someone out – clearly, the replacement mower was a complete waste of time and money. To then be told the place was closed over a year ago is just unbelievable. It feels like a huge waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. I absolutely won't be shopping at Home Depot again, and I’d drive thirty miles to avoid dealing with this kind of service. And to top it off, I still have a useless, cheaply made mower! report abuse

  Seriously, be very careful with this place. They’re notoriously vague about the details and will likely try to make returns difficult. I’d strongly recommend renting from a different company – it’s just not worth the hassle. report abuse
