  “I was really frustrated with the rental place. My first visit, they quoted me a reasonable $25 a day, or $18 for four hours. However, when I went back the following week, the clerk gave me a completely different price – $91 a day, including $11 for insurance. And then, when I asked about a smaller saw, they quoted me $60 a day with $40 for four hours. It felt like a bait and switch, with prices changing drastically each time. Honestly, it was a lot of hassle and I don’t appreciate being treated that way.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with the service I received! I had a reservation for a moving truck and car trailer, and I was a little unsure about getting my car onto the trailer. Brent from Tool Rental was fantastic – he patiently showed me exactly how to do it and really put my mind at ease. Thanks to his help, I arrived safely at my destination with no damage to my car.   I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Home Depot location. Honestly, I can only give one star – there wasn’t a lower option available. I took a significant amount of time and drove a long distance to have a mower repaired, only to find out the store had been closed for over a year. It feels incredibly frustrating and dismissive that the manager sent me on my way with no resolution. The mower itself seems cheaply made, and the warranty is clearly just a waste of time. I won't be returning to this Home Depot – the entire experience was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time and business. report abuse
