  “The service at the counter was really excellent, but unfortunately, there was a significant delay – about 30 minutes – while they fixed a tail light on my trailer.   “I wanted to give feedback on my recent experience. The team picked up an air compressor, and unfortunately, they delivered one that was damaged and had clearly been used before. It was concerning that they didn’t identify this issue themselves and we had to point it out. It’s really important that employees are thoroughly trained to inspect equipment before delivery to ensure everything is in good working order.” report abuse
