I was really disappointed with my experience renting a jumping jack. The final bill of $744.83 for a week and an hour seemed incredibly excessive, especially considering they charged $3000 for the machine itself. I questioned the extra day charge when I couldn’t return it after my shift or on the weekend, but I was given conflicting answers and ultimately told it wasn’t their issue. Honestly, I found the whole situation frustrating and felt like they were just trying to maximize profits. I’ve had much better experiences with Sunstate in the past, so I wouldn't recommend renting from this company.

“I had a really frustrating experience renting a forklift and pallet jack from Sunstate. I initially requested a second pallet jack, went to their yard to pick it up, and then returned it. However, they charged me $150 for the delivery and return, which felt completely unreasonable considering I handled everything myself. To add to the inconvenience, I spent an extra 10 minutes on the phone with them. Honestly, their yard is only a 5-minute drive away, so the delivery fee was completely unnecessary. Because of this poor experience, I won’t be returning to that location.”
