Overall, my experience with Home Depot was pretty disappointing. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone for assistance, and the online ordering process left a lot to be desired. They advertise free delivery, but that’s not always the case. Plus, if you receive a damaged item, the process for exchanging it is really cumbersome – it’s very hard to get a replacement. I don’t fault the employees themselves, but I think the leadership, specifically the president of Home Depot, needs to address these significant issues.

“I’m a regular at this Home Depot – I’ve always been really impressed. They consistently have competitive prices, and I’ve never had trouble finding what I need. I’ve also used the tool and truck rental center a few times and had fantastic experiences, and I’ve never been hit with any unexpected fees like late charges or cleaning costs.”
-
“I really appreciate their support – they’re fantastic at helping me bring my sometimes-wild ideas to life. They consistently point me toward the right tools, and I was so grateful for their guidance in building my flagsone pad. Now I’m excited to start working on the tiki hut, and I’ll be sure to keep you updated! Thanks again for everything.”
-
“The wet/dry vac was readily available and easy to rent – a smooth process overall.”
-
“That generator was a lifesaver – it really got me out of a tough spot when my breaker panel completely blew.”

It was incredibly straightforward to use.

The staff were really helpful – a genuinely positive experience.
