  “My experience with Home Depot was really frustrating. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone for help, and when I did manage to place an online order, I was surprised to find out the delivery wasn’t actually free. Furthermore, if an item arrived damaged, the process for getting a replacement was extremely cumbersome. Honestly, it felt like the issue wasn't with the employees themselves, but more with the overall management – specifically, the leadership at Home Depot.” report abuse

  “I’m a regular at this Home Depot – I’ve always been really pleased with my experiences. They’re consistently competitively priced, and I’ve never had trouble finding what I need. I also appreciate the tool and truck rental center; I’ve used it several times for larger projects and it’s been a great service.
